Michael was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and took the time to educate me throughout the inspection instead of just handing me a report. As a first-time real estate investor, I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. Bryce was an excellent inspector and was completely up front about our situation. We had a few minor exterior cracks and called for a free inspection. Bryce walked me through everything and delivered some great news that we should just monitor our cracks. We definitely would recommend Groundworks for any cracks or settling in your foundation. Best to be proactive and address any worries or concerns as early as possible.

From start to finish working with FSM has been excellent. Professional and approachable, always ready to answer questions and guide me through the whole process. Kevin who first visited explained everything succinctly and was ready with a plan and way forward from day 1. He was patient as we needed weeks to finalize details and never for one moment did I feel pressured into anything. Dustin and his team were professional and friendly when working on our house and finished in good time leaving the basement in a good state. Great experience and peace of mind for our house.

Nate Pierce & Noah W were both very kind. They cleaned up after themselves. Explained the process. Took their time doing the job. We're very friendly and added to the job. There were a few things that needed to be moved due to the extra job, and they helped me move the items! I would highly recommend them to my friends. I felt guilty because they anticipated the job to take 1.5 hrs and due to our extreme level of problems and added work, it ended up taking them 5 hours! Top notch gentlemen to work with and represent a company! Round of applause to you both!

I would highly recommend this company! They are informative and honest. I recently moved into my home that has multiple crawl spaces. I had questions about the integrity and venting. Don, one of the managers, came out and thoroughly inspected the crawl spaces. He gave us great information and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need.
