He connected, joked, and helped lessen our concerns. Understanding our money concerns with big repairs, He offers many options and worked out the numbers right infront of us with no hidden fees. Phil P. and Jason R. came out to our house and did an excellent job. We purchased our house after the previous owner originally used this company to adjust the flooring and thank goodness they had a transfer of ownership warranty. They adjusted the flooring and completed a thorough inspection. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Due to negligence of the previous owner, we are having them come out to add a drainage system and sump pump. This was recommended by the company previously and the previous owners ignored the issue. I am looking forward to having this issue resolved and would recommend this company for future endeavors.

They put plastic around everything. When they were done they triple sweep the floor. Team Migal Z I call them did a fantastic job. I'd recommend them 100%

Today was the 2nd year inspection of the basement (water) repair work by FSM. I was pleased with their representative Joshua Gaddy and found him to be amiable and very knowledgeable. After the usual inspection he was kind enough to check my homes foundation and reported "found no problems".

The job was done efficiently, they finished ahead of schedule, cleaned up the area. We did a walk through with Bryant who explained everything. I was totally satisfied with the entire process.

Our driveway and porch presented a number of challenges after many years of water eroding the ground underneath. We are so grateful that we found Groundwork. Their method of concrete lifting was exactly what our situation required. The best part, though, was the people we dealt with throughout the process. Jessica was so easy to work with in scheduling and got us in far earlier than we thought possible. David came out to do the damage assessment and explained beautifully what to expect. The cost was actually lower than we anticipated! We were so fortunate to have Noah and Matt as the team that did the work. They knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it! At this point we are awaiting dry weather so they can return to grind and fill in cracks. No hesitation in recommending this group.

We are extremely happy! We knew exactly when they would arrive, on arrival the supervisor informed us of their procedures what they would be doing while the other workers were getting things ready. Floor protection was laid down, dust control screens were put up, and they also used an air scrubber to keep the area clean . Junior, Trent and Benson were very professional! They kept us informed on their progress and at or near the end showed us their work and made sure we were happy. We were thrilled! We obviously would highly recommend them!

Bryce was an excellent inspector and was completely up front about our situation. We had a few minor exterior cracks and called for a free inspection. Bryce walked me through everything and delivered some great news that we should just monitor our cracks. We definitely would recommend Groundworks for any cracks or settling in your foundation. Best to be proactive and address any worries or concerns as early as possible.
