John W came out to complete our annual inspection and did a fantastic job. He was very personable, thorough, and took the time to walk me through everything he was checking so I understood the condition of the system. He answered all of my questions clearly and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he focused on what actually needed attention right now rather than trying to upsell anything. Excellent service and a very professional experience. Jacob, Steven and Issac were professional and friendly during the whole encapsulation project. They explained in detail when weather conditions impacted planned work that had to change due to rain and the drainage that wasn’t there when it was dry. They cleaned up any mess to the best of their ability (frozen ground you can only do so much with till it thaws!). We highly recommend Groundwork’s.

Would recommend- Worked out options to fit our needs and budget and we appreciated the patience with all our questions. The install was relatively painless (we opted to do the prep work to remove stud walls) and the workers were thoughtful and respectful. They were efficient, quick, and the project looks fantastic. We really appreciated their positive attitudes and thorough clean up.

We're had a really great experience and are glad to be using them. We had work done through another company a few years ago, which is not holding up well. (Our basement continues to smell musty sometimes.) We really liked the ability to schedule the appointment online and couldn't have asked for a better consultation with Keenan. We've been very pleased with the correspondences ahead of the work such as receiving the plans and permits. It's a lot of money to drop on something that isn't vital at the moment, but fully trust that these guys will get it done right and stand by their work.

Didn’t believe that the sump pump and inside French drain could be done in two days. That is exactly what happened. Two days and the project completed. Luis S. Gustavo G. Gerson M and Devon W. Did a great job. On time, professional, personable. Clean up, yard and basement, better as can be expected. They did such a nice job, that I will never have to see them again on this property project. 😀 If needed, I would definitely use them again. From getting the bid (Dale K), to the completed project, all questions and concerns were answered. Had water intrusion in the past, nothing recently, My project was more a preventative issue going forward. So waiting for the next big storm to test the system. ⛈️ As a final note, any call I placed to FSM was returned within, or less, then the next day. Office staff, exceptional.
