After having a great experience with this company last year when the waterproofed my basement and put beams in, I had another great experience at my first follow-up appointment. Phillip P came to adjust the beams, do measurements, and check things to make sure they were all working well. He was positive and very thorough in his work. He made sure to show me what he did, talk about what he noticed, and clean up the area. He then returned later in the week to replace the parts (screws? I don't know. They look like big screws but are surely called something different) that are no longer the correct size to "make sure they don't forget to bring them next year." He's a hard worker and did a great job!

Michael was thorough, very informative, and broke it down so we could understand things better. He took the time to take his boots off each time he came into the house so he wouldn't leave snow all over the floor. FSM installed our sump pump, and we've not regretted their services yet.

My husband and I had foundation systems of Michigan come out to do our crawlspace. The installers that came were very professional cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. The installers names were Jonah Hamilton, Logan Dean, Bryant Dozier, and Kiko Hartley. All four of these men did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend having them out to do work at anyone’s home!

Last fall we had water in our basement and to diagnose the issue. John Andrews came to our house and was extremely thorough in explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. He knew we were getting ready to sell and assured us that doing this would create extra value in the house. At first, we were very skeptical at the cost to say the least. But that has been the best decision I have made for my home. It not only got us extra value but gives peace of mind to potential buyers as well.The whole installation was done professionally in 2 days and John was there for any questions or concerns during the whole process. Fast forward to selling our house, buyers have raved about how professionally done the basement work was done. It has brought us multiple offers above asking solely for that fact. Have no hesitation in using groundworks for your basement needs. John is by far their best employee throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend him enough.

I have been very impressed with FSM for my foundation needs. Carter S. and Jamont Y-D were efficient, prompt and courteous. Respectful of my property. They explained the process thoroughly and did a final walk-through ensuring my satisfaction with the job. Jordan P. was great when he came to inspect and provide recommendations for my foundation. During the ice storm of 2025, I lost power for eight days. FSM had encapsulated my Crawl Space August 2024. During the power outage, the crawlspace filled with approximately 18 inches of water. I just had Cameron P out to make sure everything is up and running. He checked the battery, the dehumidifier and the sump pumps. All is well! Highly recommended! Cameron was very knowledgeable, very personable and thorough. Two 👍👍
