We were very happy with the expertise, courtesy and responsiveness of the FSM people. First, Rana explained the process carefully, and readily returned phoned questions several times before the work was done. The experienced, professional team of Marco M, Mario S and Noel G carried through. Even with some adjustments there was no delay, while they carefully took time to explain to us each step of the process. Our basement was in good hands with these impressive craftsmen.

I'd like to send a huge thank you to Wayne, Tom, and the Crew that was out at my house last Friday to install the top of the line water proofing system in my basement. The professionalism, explanations, and work completed far exceeded my expectations. The sump pump system itself is top notch. I'm very appreciative to Tom for working with me on the routing of the discharge system. I cannot thank you enough. Groundworks / FSM has already been recommended to my friends and colleagues for any basement waterproofing work in need. I highly recommended this company.

Nathan and Noah did an amazing job on the slab floor in our home! Nathan was professional, friendly, and has years of experience doing this. He took the time to explain everything he did as he went and exactly why he was doing it. We are new owners and the floor had apparently been slowly sinking for many years. They were able to bring it back to almost normal, which amazed us! Both Nathan and Noah were very impressive, and when they left there was absolutely no mess. I will definitely call on this company in the future if I have any need for it again.

Today was the 2nd year inspection of the basement (water) repair work by FSM. I was pleased with their representative Joshua Gaddy and found him to be amiable and very knowledgeable. After the usual inspection he was kind enough to check my homes foundation and reported "found no problems".

From beginning to end, Foundation Systems of Michigan was amazing. The salesman was honest, informative, personable, and truly a joy to work with. Communication prior to the insulation process was timely and clear, with updates provided whenever needed. The installers were professional, respectful of our home, and did superb work. We cannot say enough positive things about this experience. They handled everything from obtaining permits to thoroughly cleaning up afterward making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
