Joseph came to my home this evening and performed an incredibly thorough assessment of my basement and provided a comprehensive and detailed solution to the moisture issues I’m having. He used some state of the art tools to collect the necessary data to provide me with a few options to choose from. He was super friendly and didn’t “push” his products or services. I would highly recommend FSM for your basement needs.

We had Groundworks out to install a sump pump and other water proofing measures at our home. Dean gave us an initial estimate and he was thorough and very kind. Jacob was our main contact for the on site work and he was excellent. He was kind and explained every step of the process with us. He showed us how everything would work and offered his number in case we had any questions afterward. I appreciate him and his onsite crew- they all worked very hard carrying heavy buckets of concrete in and out of our house. Very thankful and appreciative of Jacob and his crew!

SEE COMMENT BELOW THIS ONE.Chris P., Chad B., Mike T., and David were a Professional team. Had Crawl Space Waterproofing installed. They took time to answer questions. They had a great rapport among themselves and me as the customer. They went above their duties. Would recommend FSM professionals. Recommendation to the work crew that did the installation. Thank you all so very much!ADDING TO THIS REVIEW.As time has gone by have had 2 issues so far with the work that has been done.1. NEEDED A SUMP PUMP WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP not necessary (WRONG) 2.Dehumidifier has moisture and is dripping or draining the water out onto the encapsulation. Now my dehumidifier is corroded and looks awful. Is the dehumidifier to have been connected to the sump pump???????No answer for that question at this time.Another issue the encapsulation on the walls of crawl space has come down for a SECOND time.The repair crew COULD NOT BE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER THE INIITIAL CALL. SO………NOW THERE IS EVEN MORE WATER IN THE CRAWL SPACE.No recommendation at this time. It takes away from my time when I have to schedule a repair that should not have even happened.

Tim Hooper, FSM Service Technician assisted with an assessment of the water system and dehumidifier that FSM installed in our home to that the humidifier is in the correct place and will have efficient ventilation before finishing our basement. Time was very informative, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in clear and concise manner. While he was at my home for this task, he noticed the cracks on my driveway and offered several options to save the driveway and options to fix the large cracks. We hope that we can do this task in the spring. I give Time a 5 stars for his efficiency and excellent customer service. Thank you Tim!
