FSM completed work on my basement in November 2025. I am thrilled to say that my basement is dry this morning, after the tremendous storm last night, the pump installed is working great and my yard has no standing water. Jake Whitlow was the foreman on site and the crew was great!

We booked our service and he as well as the team were able to get us scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. FSM waterproofed our laundry room and installed a sump pump as part of the process. Frank was the foreman on the job, and he and his crew did a great job. They were very well organized, and Frank took the time to answer all my questions, to explain precisely what was being done, and made sure that everything was cleaned up upon completion. I know others that have used and recommended FSM, and I was not disappointed with the finished product.

We had an absolute mess of a basement and crawlspace. After having several estimators come out, it was immediately clear that FSM was the right choice. Don was incredibly informative and helpful. He didn’t just teach me about their products—he gave me general knowledge that was genuinely valuable as a homeowner. He always answered my calls and texts, no matter the question, and offered guidance on anything basement-related. I can’t say enough kind things about him. The crew that did our basement—Jakob W., Denzel K., William H., and Eloy M.— worked HARD. Not only were they all respectful, but they put in at least 10 hours a day for four days straight to get our basement in order. Jakob maintained excellent communication the entire time. At the end of each day, he walked me through the progress and patiently answered my million questions with thoughtfulness and care. He even helped me move the water heater up the final step I couldn’t manage—and he and another team member carried it back down for me afterward. We will absolutely be calling FSM again for anything basement or foundation-related—and we’ll be asking for Jakob and his team specifically. I’m so grateful for their hard work, passion, and the consideration they brought to this project. Thank you to everyone involved—truly, a thousand times over!

Tim Hooper, FSM Service Technician assisted with an assessment of the water system and dehumidifier that FSM installed in our home to that the humidifier is in the correct place and will have efficient ventilation before finishing our basement. Time was very informative, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in clear and concise manner. While he was at my home for this task, he noticed the cracks on my driveway and offered several options to save the driveway and options to fix the large cracks. We hope that we can do this task in the spring. I give Time a 5 stars for his efficiency and excellent customer service. Thank you Tim!

I can't say enough about FSM's great customer service across the board. From the estimate detail to completion of the Michigan basement waterproofing & sump pump, the project manager and entire office and team were greatly communicative and simply awesome to work with. They did a meticulous job; huge lifesaving transformation. Install was completed during extreme cold and snow conditions. No water issues at all after the deep freeze melted. My sister recommended them, and I went with them based on the great work they did on her house, and their outstanding reputation. Thanks to Terrell, Terrell Jr. and Tyler, plus David, no longer have to worry about water issues. Top notch company and team, highly recommend. If you are in need, definitely put them on your estimate list. FSM is high quality, no nonsense.
