Jacob W., Alex L., and Denzel K. water proofed the back half of our basement. They were very courteous and provided us with updates frequently. I particularly appreciated that they took great care to help us prevent our house cat from getting out by always closing doors behind them (which is a pain with so many trips in/out of the house). They completed a labor intensive job with a lot of care for our home. We would recommend them to anyone else needing this service!

Looking forward to getting this service done. Ian came by for estimate and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, low pressure, and he helped us decide that this is the direction we should go. He explained the product and the process very well so when he left we had no questions as to what we should expect… So far so good. If the install portion of the project goes this smoothly then we will certainly be pleased beyond words!!

Had a great experience with Gary. I called him out for what I thought was a water proofing issue and discovered it was actually a plumbing issue. He was incredibly honest and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. He also took the time to point out several ASAP maintenance items to help me avoid future headaches. It’s very rare to find that level of honesty and kindness that he has versus just wanting to make money or take advantage. Highly recommend.. GO GARY!!!

Highly recommend! Our technician, John Fulton, was incredible! I highly recommend requesting him, if you get the option. He was very kind and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection and made sure to explain everything. My children and grandchildren were here and were interested to learn, too. Keith Boyd and his crew were professional and respectful of our property. Keith kept us informed on the team’s progress and made sure we were satisfied and all our questions were answered before they left.
