We were in the process of selling my grandmother’s house when we discovered a basement wall was caving in. Dan came out promptly and provided a free inspection and quote. He stayed in constant communication and quickly scheduled Miguel and his crew. Miguel did a phenomenal job and remained positive and smiling throughout the entire project. They were incredibly professional and just a genuinely pleasant group to be around. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who needs their services. They made this process painless and quick. Thank you all so much !

They had a great rapport among themselves and me as the customer. They went above their duties. Would recommend FSM professionals. Recommendation to the work crew that did the installation. Thank you all so very much!ADDING TO THIS REVIEW.As time has gone by have had 2 issues so far with the work that has been done.1. NEEDED A SUMP PUMP WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP not necessary (WRONG) 2.Dehumidifier has moisture and is dripping or draining the water out onto the encapsulation. Now my dehumidifier is corroded and looks awful. Is the dehumidifier to have been connected to the sump pump???????No answer for that question at this time.Another issue the encapsulation on the walls of crawl space has come down for a SECOND time.The repair crew COULD NOT BE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER THE INIITIAL CALL. SO………NOW THERE IS EVEN MORE WATER IN THE CRAWL SPACE.No recommendation at this time. It takes away from my time when I have to schedule a repair that should not have even happened.

We had issues with the flooring in our old home built in the 1890s. Floors so unleveled, from the years I f dampness and old wood!! We couldn’t put flooring down that it needed so desperately. The difference was amazing!! No soft spots and floors were amazingly level again!! Didn’t know how much difference this would would make and we are finally ready to have our new wood floors put down!! Thanks to the great workers to get under our very small area under house to accomplish this feat!! Thanks to Miguel A, Mateo O, Demon B as well as the electrical team Josh W and Caleb T!! John W came out to complete our annual inspection and did a fantastic job. He was very personable, thorough, and took the time to walk me through everything he was checking so I understood the condition of the system. He answered all of my questions clearly and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on in the future. I really appreciated his honesty and the fact that he focused on what actually needed attention right now rather than trying to upsell anything. Excellent service and a very professional experience.
