When we had FSM do the basement at our house in Warren, Brian Maike and his team were outstanding. I wish everyone I did business with was as polite and professional. When the city inspector came out, he told me: “I will inspect the work because it’s my job. But from experience I can tell you before I begin FSM has done everything as it should be done.” He took me through the inspection and the key points that substantiated his claim. When my daughter was recently considering the purchase of a home, her realtor pointed out FSM had waterproofed the basement. That was a contributing factor in her decision to purchase the home.

Groundworks installed a discharge line for my sump pump outside. These four guys did a fantastic job. Richard S ,Shawn E, Sebastian M , and Moses M. They were very polite young men they answered all my questions I had. They moved Swift and very efficient. They were organized and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Miguel and Yasmany from the Livonia location, serviced my crawlspace which is accessed inside my house, by installing new sump pumps and efficient drainage. Which was very nasty muddy job. Not only did they do an excellent job with the instalation they were very professional and especially neat considering the conditions they had to work in. These two guys are a definite asset to FSM , A GROUNDWORKS Company!
