The sales rep, Alan, was very professional, earnest, knowledgeable, and aided me throughout the process. The crew assigned to me, Gerson M, Luis S, Mike, and Teddy S, showcased tremendous skill, speed, and work ethic. They were also very accommodating. I was impressed when I saw that they had taken care of some smaller things that really weren’t their responsibilities. If you have a job done by Groundworks (previously FSM) and Gerson, Luis, Mike, and Teddy show up at your door, you will be taken care of.

I had a rather large cement patio that had sunk and was sloped towards the house attributing to water infiltrating the basement. Rana H and David H were able to lift the slab to where the water will now drain off away from the house. They went about their work keeping me informed as to what was transpiring. They were pleasant and friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend you asking for Rana and David when you have Groundworks repair your cement. You won't go wrong. I am totally satisfied with the work that they had done. If I could rate them seperately they would both get five stars!! I'm a completely satisfied customer.

You and your crew went above and beyond to work through the hurdles we discovered along the way, including the weather. Everyone was professional, polite, hard working and put the customer first. Michael was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and took the time to educate me throughout the inspection instead of just handing me a report. As a first-time real estate investor, I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. FSM recently completed the waterproofing of our basement and crawl space, along with replacing our sump pump. Initially, we were a bit hesitant due to the potential disruption, but we knew it would add great value to our home. From the start, we had a wonderful experience. Brian provided our quote and thoroughly explained the entire process, putting our minds at ease. The team also handled all necessary permits, ensuring everything was done by the book. The execution team, led by Alex, was exceptional. Alex and his crew demonstrated outstanding work ethic, kept us informed at every stage, and were very careful to keep the premises clean. They truly went above and beyond, even taking extra care with cleaning up afterward. I'm typically not the kind of person who writes reviews, but given the scale and investment of this project—and the excellent job FSM did—I felt it was important to share my experience. I hope this review helps others in making their decision. I highly recommend FSM for your waterproofing needs.

We had an older barn that flooded whith heavy rain or melting snow, creating a massive mess and making it unusable for our equine. We researched, read reviews and finally settled on Groundworks out of Traverse City. On the project, the team was timely, polite, and clearly knew what they were doing. They answered our questions and patiently explained everything. We had wood fencing along the barn and they were able to waterproof the foundation and dig French drains without moving it. They even took the time to spread the extra dirt out in our pasture! We want to give a huge shout out to Ethan Harvey, Jonah Hamilton, Richard Smith and Thomas Brown who worked so hard on our project. Really stellar guys and a joy to have on our property! Instead of dreading the next heavy rain, we now welcome it because we know our barn will stay dry!

We already have has work done from FSM in the past and will continue to do so because of ppl like John. He also went over future options if we were interested in investing in it in the future and let us know he was not telling us we had to or needed to. We will for sure b having additional work done in the future to keep our home safe and secure and will use FSM due to ppl like John. Ty again for the great service.
