Thank you Mark Dunbar for being honest! I would highly recommend you and your company. It's rare to find someone who's is honest these days. After Mark's inspection he determined that I had a gray water plumbing leak and a crawl space cover leaking but no need for his services. Which is amazing compared to the competition Ayers Basement that tried to sell 57K worth of service.Mark won't sell you what you don't need I highly recommend you ask for him by name. I will be contacting Mark for some under pin foundation work in the spring.Thank you for your honesty!Andre

We had FSM treat our house a few years ago. Have noticed moisture on basement wall. I called & within 2 days they sent Greg Bieniasz out. He was friendly & professional. Jacob W., Alex L., and Denzel K. water proofed the back half of our basement. They were very courteous and provided us with updates frequently. I particularly appreciated that they took great care to help us prevent our house cat from getting out by always closing doors behind them (which is a pain with so many trips in/out of the house). They completed a labor intensive job with a lot of care for our home. We would recommend them to anyone else needing this service!

Our driveway and porch presented a number of challenges after many years of water eroding the ground underneath. We are so grateful that we found Groundwork. Their method of concrete lifting was exactly what our situation required. The best part, though, was the people we dealt with throughout the process. Jessica was so easy to work with in scheduling and got us in far earlier than we thought possible. David came out to do the damage assessment and explained beautifully what to expect. The cost was actually lower than we anticipated! We were so fortunate to have Noah and Matt as the team that did the work. They knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it! At this point we are awaiting dry weather so they can return to grind and fill in cracks. No hesitation in recommending this group.
