The install crew operated like a well oiled machine. It was impressive to watch them work. Marco M., Mario S., Josh H., and Cortez Y. Took extra care to minimize the dust and dirt in the house. I was expecting the dust and dirt but they went out of their way to covered things that I missed! I was very impressed by that. This is not an easy job hauling concrete up and down the stairs and they did it with grace.We had a miscommunication with the sales department and they really should fix the language in the contract to be more specific on how much drywall that needs to be removed “as needed” is much too vague when verbal instructions were provided and not correct but the crew got their manager on the phone, and we came up with a work around to save the job. Honestly Marco and Dan turned it around and saved us from having to reschedule. They were very respectful, worked quickly and I would definitely recommend them for install.

These are the people you want to do business with when you're taking about repairs that could get costly should you need them. Would highly recommend doing business with them.

I had concrete floor leveling, and a foundation pier system installation. The droughts over the last few years caused any area supported by a trench foundation to sink. Gaps on the brick formed. The garage side door would not open. The concrete leveling took 1 day, and the foundation work took 2 days. These projects required 2 separate crews, as crew specialize. The foundation work was done 1st, followed by the concrete slab leveling a couple of days later. Both crews arrived a little after 8 am. They were professional, and answered my questions. I took some pictures of the foundation work, also. When the crews were finished, they left the areas broom clean, which is standard. Nothing was damaged. The foundation exposure took place on the 1st day. The lifting took place on the morning of the 2nd day. The inspector came around noon and approved the project. The crew then filled in the dirt, cleaned up and left. The foundation work area have dirt piles next to the brick. This is normal as it takes time for the dirt to settle. I had foundation work at our house about 20 years ago, on another area with a trench foundation. So, I knew what to expect. Also, the crew took out 3 bushes for me to transplant in my front yard. They also replanted a medium size firebush for me in the backyard. I did lose some shrubs due to the dirt needing to settle.

Had a great experience with FSM. Justin Keway was absolutely great! His ability to communicate what the problem was, how FSM would fix it made choosing them easy. He is definitely the reason we chose FSM. The work was done by Mike Holsene, quickly and the improvements were dramatic. Thank you so much. Highly recommend.

Delivered exactly as promised. I ended up not having to use their services but, our service representative really delivered. Jake McCurdy was prompt and provided the most thorough “free” inspection service I have ever received. He did not try to sale me things unnecessarily. He presented his findings, educated me on the options and risks if I did not go with the repairs. It was a memorable experience-wish I had called them before I finished my basement. I am currently going to try to eliminate the problem at the source. If that doesn’t work- I will be calling FSM back.

Had Groundworks add on to a previous waterproofing system I had installed. The team they sent (Matt M., Sabastian M., and Martin H.) was great! They communicated when they would arrive, provided progress updated on the work, and completed a professional installation quickly. I was very impressed at how well they cleaned up the space afterward. This is the third installation I've had this company do, and all three times they've done a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

Groundworks not only took my nasty 1933 basement and took care of the water issues, but totally transformed the feeling of the basement. Now it’s clean and functional. Attached are some before and after pictures. John, Matt, Miguel and Victor knocked it out in 2 days. I’m very satisfied

Anyone who needs any kind of foundation work done, Groundworks is the place to hire. Last winter was brutal to our basement fireplace chimney, so bad that it made it lean away from the house. Jacob,Austin, and Maxwell from Groundworks placed piers in the ground and straightened it back to normal. Thank you Groundworks.
