I had a rather large cement patio that had sunk and was sloped towards the house attributing to water infiltrating the basement. Rana H and David H were able to lift the slab to where the water will now drain off away from the house. They went about their work keeping me informed as to what was transpiring. They were pleasant and friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend you asking for Rana and David when you have Groundworks repair your cement. You won't go wrong. I am totally satisfied with the work that they had done. If I could rate them seperately they would both get five stars!! I'm a completely satisfied customer.

Didn’t believe that the sump pump and inside French drain could be done in two days. That is exactly what happened. Two days and the project completed. Luis S. Gustavo G. Gerson M and Devon W. Did a great job. On time, professional, personable. Clean up, yard and basement, better as can be expected. They did such a nice job, that I will never have to see them again on this property project. 😀 If needed, I would definitely use them again. From getting the bid (Dale K), to the completed project, all questions and concerns were answered. Had water intrusion in the past, nothing recently, My project was more a preventative issue going forward. So waiting for the next big storm to test the system. ⛈️ As a final note, any call I placed to FSM was returned within, or less, then the next day. Office staff, exceptional.

Austin arrived on time and discussed our concerns. He performed an interior and exterior inspection of our home while explaining in detail any items that were of concern. He checked all our existing equipment and systems, including a structure moisture content and interior humidity readings. He advised us about future possibilities and what it would take to correct these issues. He was very thorough and professional as he calmly answered questions and provided us a great future plan. Our driveway and porch presented a number of challenges after many years of water eroding the ground underneath. We are so grateful that we found Groundwork. Their method of concrete lifting was exactly what our situation required. The best part, though, was the people we dealt with throughout the process. Jessica was so easy to work with in scheduling and got us in far earlier than we thought possible. David came out to do the damage assessment and explained beautifully what to expect. The cost was actually lower than we anticipated! We were so fortunate to have Noah and Matt as the team that did the work. They knew exactly what needed to be done and how to do it! At this point we are awaiting dry weather so they can return to grind and fill in cracks. No hesitation in recommending this group.
