Bryce was an excellent inspector and was completely up front about our situation. We had a few minor exterior cracks and called for a free inspection. Bryce walked me through everything and delivered some great news that we should just monitor our cracks. We definitely would recommend Groundworks for any cracks or settling in your foundation. Best to be proactive and address any worries or concerns as early as possible.

Jason Schilt, came to inspect our home on 7/24, and arrived on time to inspect our home inside, outside, and our crawl space. We cannot have asked to receive a better inspector than Jason. He did not rush through the inspection but took his time to provide us with very thorough details with images to show what we were dealing with under the crawl space. Jason also helped us with financing, and went through pricing options as well as gave his honest professional opinion of what needs to be repaired/replaced.We had reached out to a different company prior to contacting FSM and when the individual arrived to our home he was only here at most 10 minutes and within this short few minutes without ever even going into our crawl space to see what the problem was he stated our structure and foundation both were bad, said he would need to dig up pavements along the house to knock the crawl space wall out then he would go in from there to repair anything he found. He said he also would need to replace the pavement going along our home after he was finished. He quoted us 20,000 to start this job and it took me numerous calls to get the estimate which arrived 3 weeks later. We did not hesitate to call FSM for a second opinion as we were not comfortable with the first guy from the independently owned company who quoted us 20,000. We are so thankful that FSM gave us Jason Schilt as our inspector because he genuinely cares about his job and the well being of his customers. We hope others are as blessed as we were to have Jason come to their home, he’s a very honest person and great guy to do business with! Thank you so much for everything Jason! Just completed my consultation for a crawl space encapsulation and driveway leveling with Charles C. I am very satisfied with my experience so far. Charles is a true professional- knowledgeable, great communicator, and very patient. Because of Charles, I feel confident in my understanding of the state of my crawl space and driveway and, to my genuine surprise as a first time home owner, I feel confident in understanding the work that is to be done and why to do it. Charles’s experience as a crew member and as a consultant is invaluable. Would love to write again once the work is done, I have a feeling this team will continue to be phenomenal!

John came to my house to perform the yearly maintenance on the sump pumps and to ensure that the work completed three years ago is still in good condition. Everything checked out well. He was very respectful, professional, and thorough during the visit. I’m very happy that I chose this company for my basement waterproofing. Hopefully everything continues to work well for many years, but it’s reassuring to know they maintain the same level of professionalism if anything ever needs attention in the future.

Nate Pierce & Noah W were both very kind. They cleaned up after themselves. Explained the process. Took their time doing the job. We're very friendly and added to the job. There were a few things that needed to be moved due to the extra job, and they helped me move the items! I would highly recommend them to my friends. I felt guilty because they anticipated the job to take 1.5 hrs and due to our extreme level of problems and added work, it ended up taking them 5 hours! Top notch gentlemen to work with and represent a company! Round of applause to you both!

FSM can’t be beat!! Had them do some basement wall work and concrete leveling for me. From start to finish no complaints whatsoever. Our salesmen Charles explained everything in detail and what we could expect. Our basement guys Marco and his crew did a great job. In and out like they weren’t even there. Last but not least our concrete levelers Rana and David showed up on time explained the process and addressed all concerns we had. Same deal in and out like they weren’t even there. Would not hesitate to recommend this company or rehire them for future work. The people make the company!! Nice job FSM!!
