I live in the Traverse City area. FSM' crew, which included Jonah H, Matt E, Ethan H, &Matt H proceeded to take on the job in the crawl space under my livingroom. Justin Emond arrived at our home to do what we both thought would be a normal annual checkup. Instead, I needed a new battery and a new pump and the crock needed to be flushed. All this was happening in a house where the water and electricity and gas had been shut off as a tree had fallen on our home. He did a fabulous job and improvised using a hose and hooking up to the neighbors’ water so that the crock could get flushed. He also explained to me how these pumps work which I’ve never quite understood. He worked very efficiently and I was most impressed with him and with Foundation Systems Of Michigan.

We had gone through numerous contractors prior that did not solve the issue, but John went above and beyond to ensure our issue would be resolved.
