I have had one problem after another. I am still waiting for them to fix the work they did wrong and pay for damages they made on stuff they should not have touched….Update the job is finished and FSM has agreed to correct the issues and came out yesterday and corrected the issues. They replaced the down spout and have placed the pipe behind the drywall as I requested. They agreed to help pay for part of the wall repair. I was always responsible for replacing the drywall and removing it. I am glad FSM has stood up and took responsibility.

He used some state of the art tools to collect the necessary data to provide me with a few options to choose from. He was super friendly and didn’t “push” his products or services.
