Fsm was really patient with me and very communicative. They got the job done in 2 and 1/2 days and it was a lot of work! There was always communication and I didn't have to lift a finger to do anything. They took care of the permits, the plumber, and the electrician. Everyone was super friendly and my young son who was very interested in all of the work got to take a look and they talked to him about what was going on and what they were doing. They updated me multiple times throughout the process And made sure I was satisfied with all the work. They did a good job of cleaning up afterward as well! They made sure to inform me about the new sump pump, the alarm, and the dehumidifier so that I understood exactly what everything did and how to maintain everything. This was definitely a great investment into my home shout out to Miguel, Richard, Jasmany for all the hard work in the super cold weather!

I couldn’t be happier with the work Groundworks did leveling my garage. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and exceeded my expectations. A special thank you goes to Jason R. and Chad D. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, and took the time to explain everything they were doing throughout the project. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really showed, and they left the job site clean when they were finished. It’s not often you come across a crew that genuinely cares about doing the job right, but Jason and Chad absolutely do. If you’re considering Groundworks for foundation or concrete leveling work, I highly recommend them. Outstanding craftsmanship and excellent customer service!

Joe came out was very informative about everything that we need to get done, i bought a lot of things for my house for it to be improved, but I've never met a salesman that was so informative. We didn't want him to go period but he had to go cook for his 9 children period Also during the process and he didn't have to say it. Ever dry company. Definitely. Lee gave us a false expectation. I will make sure that foundation systems of Michigan gets spread out. To every. Friend and family that.I know for the rest of my life

Jacob, Steven and Issac were professional and friendly during the whole encapsulation project. They explained in detail when weather conditions impacted planned work that had to change due to rain and the drainage that wasn’t there when it was dry. They cleaned up any mess to the best of their ability (frozen ground you can only do so much with till it thaws!). We highly recommend Groundwork’s.

I would highly recommend this company! They are informative and honest. I recently moved into my home that has multiple crawl spaces. I had questions about the integrity and venting. Don, one of the managers, came out and thoroughly inspected the crawl spaces. He gave us great information and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. Excellent job! Great team! Kyle explained in detail what needed to be done without trying to sell me more than what I needed. The crew that came in to do the job were courteous, respectful of my home. They came in, got to work and knew what needed to be done. If I had questions, they answered them. They were in pretty tight quarters (all 3) and they made the best of it. Thank you so much for a job well done!! I would give them a 15!!! If you need foundation, basement waterproofing, etc., FMR is the place to call.
