We called for a free consultation expecting someone to walk around, point out a few things and give us an estimate +/- $5k. Andy Hess arrived, was incredibly professional and took a good 30 – 40 mins inspecting the basement. I’m not someone who knows a lot about how my home functions. He sat with me until he was sure I understood each different offer. While it’s still an expensive project, I do feel that I’m in good hands.

He took the time to explain the issues clearly and helped us understand our options for repairs. As first-time homeowners, we really appreciated his guidance and honesty. FSM did a wall stabilization project in my basement today. Jonah H., Logan D. and Bryant D. were the FSM crew that did the work. They installed galvanized steel braces. They did all the work in a few hours, protected the items in my basement and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job! Thanks!

I can't say enough about FSM's great customer service across the board. From the estimate detail to completion of the Michigan basement waterproofing & sump pump, the project manager and entire office and team were greatly communicative and simply awesome to work with. They did a meticulous job; huge lifesaving transformation. Install was completed during extreme cold and snow conditions. No water issues at all after the deep freeze melted. My sister recommended them, and I went with them based on the great work they did on her house, and their outstanding reputation. Thanks to Terrell, Terrell Jr. and Tyler, plus David, no longer have to worry about water issues. Top notch company and team, highly recommend. If you are in need, definitely put them on your estimate list. FSM is high quality, no nonsense.

FSM performed work on the outside of my basement wall in October 2024, to repair a deteriorating membrane installed by FSM three years ago. When I called to inform FSM of a water leak in my basement, in an area serviced by FSM, an inspector quickly came to my house to check the water leak. A repair crew followed very quickly to correct the original work. The repair crew (Richard, Jacob, Cameron and Adam) were very professional and polite. Their workmanship and clean up was very good. I rated FSM a 4 because the original work should have lasted longer
