We're had a really great experience and are glad to be using them. We had work done through another company a few years ago, which is not holding up well. (Our basement continues to smell musty sometimes.) We really liked the ability to schedule the appointment online and couldn't have asked for a better consultation with Keenan. We've been very pleased with the correspondences ahead of the work such as receiving the plans and permits. It's a lot of money to drop on something that isn't vital at the moment, but fully trust that these guys will get it done right and stand by their work.

Austin arrived on time and discussed our concerns. He performed an interior and exterior inspection of our home while explaining in detail any items that were of concern. He checked all our existing equipment and systems, including a structure moisture content and interior humidity readings. He advised us about future possibilities and what it would take to correct these issues. He was very thorough and professional as he calmly answered questions and provided us a great future plan.
