Carter S. and Riley G. did a great job on our driveway! The cement slabs in the driveway had sunk and cracked—one was at least 2” or more which made driving into the garage a bumpy experience. But they got the slabs lifted, repaired the cracks, and caulked the joints between slabs. They even wrote down what caulk we should use to do the other joints if we choose to do that. No more sinking driveway! And we greatly appreciate the company’s folllow-up where they will come check their work annually for 5 years.

Julie came out and first looked at and checked how the Sump Pump wasn't working efficiently. Then suggested a newer more efficient sump pump. She was thorough and helpful. She was very knowledgeable and kind. She took her time and was patient and answered my questions. Also, Maxwell came out to lend a hand and he too was very kind and helpful. Both Julie and Max worked together very well. What a team!

Project was completed when scheduled. Marco M., Noel G., John M. were the guys that completed our basement waterproofing. They were prompt, professional and hard working. They completed the job efficiently and turned out better than anticipated. Would definitely recommend their service. Before and after pictures. We had paneling up that had to be removed(reason for 2x4s).

We just had the best experience with Alex! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. Its hard to find a company that truly cares and backs their work up. Alex took extra time to go over everything and explain it in a way that I could understand. He's not a salesman looking for a quick buck. He's genuinely passionate about their work and made sure I was comfortable with everything. I'd definitely give more than five stars if I could! I highly recommend the company and Alex!

Delivered exactly as promised. I ended up not having to use their services but, our service representative really delivered. Jake McCurdy was prompt and provided the most thorough “free” inspection service I have ever received. He did not try to sale me things unnecessarily. He presented his findings, educated me on the options and risks if I did not go with the repairs. It was a memorable experience-wish I had called them before I finished my basement. I am currently going to try to eliminate the problem at the source. If that doesn’t work- I will be calling FSM back.

We had an absolute mess of a basement and crawlspace. After having several estimators come out, it was immediately clear that FSM was the right choice. Don was incredibly informative and helpful. He didn’t just teach me about their products—he gave me general knowledge that was genuinely valuable as a homeowner. He always answered my calls and texts, no matter the question, and offered guidance on anything basement-related. I can’t say enough kind things about him. The crew that did our basement—Jakob W., Denzel K., William H., and Eloy M.— worked HARD. Not only were they all respectful, but they put in at least 10 hours a day for four days straight to get our basement in order. Jakob maintained excellent communication the entire time. At the end of each day, he walked me through the progress and patiently answered my million questions with thoughtfulness and care. He even helped me move the water heater up the final step I couldn’t manage—and he and another team member carried it back down for me afterward. We will absolutely be calling FSM again for anything basement or foundation-related—and we’ll be asking for Jakob and his team specifically. I’m so grateful for their hard work, passion, and the consideration they brought to this project. Thank you to everyone involved—truly, a thousand times over!

Jacob, Steven and Issac worked miracles in the very shallow crawl space under our home. It required 5 steel beams and 15 jacks to support failing beams. They were professional, communicated well and were respectful of our space and home. Thank you for going above and beyond to do this work with the minimal space for access. They cut a small (12×6) access in the cinder block foundation to bring in the steel beams and were able to use the interior crawlspace access to bring in the rest of the materials. I was so relieved the work could be done properly without damaging the kitchen tile floor and stone countertops.

From our first encounter with FSM, we found them to be very knowledgeable, professional, considerate, and concerned. Erik Randall and Caleb Denmark have been outstanding. They answered all my questions completely helping me to understand what was causing my problems and how best to fix them. I had water issues in the crawlspace as well as foundation problems. They sent a crew within 24 hours to address the water issue in the crawlspace. The entire crew were remarkable. They were all so friendly and worked quickly to encapsulate my crawl space, install a new sump pump system and dehumidifier and within hours my water problem was solved. They cleaned everything up so well you would never know that they had been here. I can't say enough about Erik Randall. I have called him or texted him numerous times with questions and he is right on top of everything. He responds quickly and really knows this business. I'm very happy with this company. I would highly recommend them! We just contracted them to handle our foundation issue and I am secure that it will be handled quickly, professionally and completely. I am so happy that I chose FSM.
