Justin came out for our annual inspection. He carefully inspected/tested the sump pump, batteries, connections along with the wall anchors and outside connections. Once this was completed, he reviewed all aspects of the inspection with me and alerted me to the amount of humidity in our basement. He made some suggestions of larger dehumidifiers and reminders for our next inspection. He was very thorough and professional.

He inspection of our Apartment Build, which has a water seepage, with cracks in the foundation, and seepage from the ground. After inspection, he prepared a plan/proposal, which was very reasonable. From start to finish working with FSM has been excellent. Professional and approachable, always ready to answer questions and guide me through the whole process. Kevin who first visited explained everything succinctly and was ready with a plan and way forward from day 1. He was patient as we needed weeks to finalize details and never for one moment did I feel pressured into anything. Dustin and his team were professional and friendly when working on our house and finished in good time leaving the basement in a good state. Great experience and peace of mind for our house.
