I really was impressed by the professionalism of Juan, Diego and Jeff., and even John who did our inspection. My crawl space is ONLY two blocks. Very tight fit. Average guy can NOT fit under there. House was built in 1954. Needless to say I have NEVER been under there and at 73 I NEVER will now. The boys did a hell of a job and clean. My gosh, I would even do that good. They even fixed one of our furnace pipes that some how came apart. They seem to have a good time together also. The service contract was WELL worth the money. Needless to say, I highly recommend FSM and if you get a chance ask for Jeff and Juan and Diego. AWESOME JOB BOYS/ Leonard Mueller

My basement flooded and Groundworks didn't have any immediate openings. However, they went above and beyond by getting Bryan Doyle to come to my house and his day off to install temporary sump pumps. I was very pleased that my basement was drained and stayed dry until the full crew could come out a week later. I would definitely recommend Groundworks!!!!!

As a first-time real estate investor, I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. He identified issues that could have had a significant impact on my investment decision, and I left feeling informed instead of overwhelmed. We own a small vacation home on the Au Sable. The home was built on a dirt crawl space. We always had water, mold and odor issues from the crawl space. FSM of Michigan came in this week and completely encapsulated the space and added a new sump pump. The job wasn't cheap but the result is well worth the cost. Stephen, Matt, Isaiah and Justin worked very hard for two and a half days to get the job done. Great crew who worked hard and answered all my questions. Everything was left spotless. We highly recommend FSM of Michigan TC if you have water/foundation issues!
