We had our foundation and crawl space repaired by Groundwork’s. From Ryan and the inspection to the completion of the project their team did an excellent job. Keith Boyd and his crew were professional and respectful of our property. Keith kept us informed on the team’s progress and made sure we were satisfied and all our questions were answered before they left. We would highly recommend Groundwork’s for your foundation, basement, crawl space work! They are a AAA+ Team!

We booked our service and he as well as the team were able to get us scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. Jason Schilt, came to inspect our home on 7/24, and arrived on time to inspect our home inside, outside, and our crawl space. We cannot have asked to receive a better inspector than Jason. He did not rush through the inspection but took his time to provide us with very thorough details with images to show what we were dealing with under the crawl space. Jason also helped us with financing, and went through pricing options as well as gave his honest professional opinion of what needs to be repaired/replaced.We had reached out to a different company prior to contacting FSM and when the individual arrived to our home he was only here at most 10 minutes and within this short few minutes without ever even going into our crawl space to see what the problem was he stated our structure and foundation both were bad, said he would need to dig up pavements along the house to knock the crawl space wall out then he would go in from there to repair anything he found. He said he also would need to replace the pavement going along our home after he was finished. He quoted us 20,000 to start this job and it took me numerous calls to get the estimate which arrived 3 weeks later. We did not hesitate to call FSM for a second opinion as we were not comfortable with the first guy from the independently owned company who quoted us 20,000. We are so thankful that FSM gave us Jason Schilt as our inspector because he genuinely cares about his job and the well being of his customers. We hope others are as blessed as we were to have Jason come to their home, he’s a very honest person and great guy to do business with! Thank you so much for everything Jason! I had a sump pump system installed. Cannot say enough good things about it. The services team, Joshua, Abdul and Abidan did a great job. They were able to finish the job in one day. Joshua made sure he when over everything he was doing, what professionals. Thanks, FSM, for a job well done.

Had Groundworks add on to a previous waterproofing system I had installed. The team they sent (Matt M., Sabastian M., and Martin H.) was great! They communicated when they would arrive, provided progress updated on the work, and completed a professional installation quickly. I was very impressed at how well they cleaned up the space afterward. This is the third installation I've had this company do, and all three times they've done a fantastic job. I highly recommend them.

DeCovon and his team (Dewayne and Darius) were amazing! It was thought to be a quick job, but they ran into unseen issues after the floor came up. They fixed everything over the next two days making sure the job was done 100% right. Now we have a professional system and the piece of mind that our basement will be dry. Jacob, Steven and Issac were professional and friendly during the whole encapsulation project. They explained in detail when weather conditions impacted planned work that had to change due to rain and the drainage that wasn’t there when it was dry. They cleaned up any mess to the best of their ability (frozen ground you can only do so much with till it thaws!). We highly recommend Groundwork’s.
