Was so cool with we didn't want him to go.We had so much fun, but he said he couldn't have a drink with us.Because it was Lent, he, he told us a bunch of stuff that the other companies didn't say anything about. We didn't know that our house was settling and they were more expensive. You guys got a really, really, really good employee here.

We have had their system for 5 years now and they do a great job of following up with us to make sure that everything is working properly. The service team has always been respectful and helpful. We just had our yearly inspection and Tim H. Was very helpful and informed us about our system function and recommendations for better performance.

I'd like to send a huge thank you to Wayne, Tom, and the Crew that was out at my house last Friday to install the top of the line water proofing system in my basement. The professionalism, explanations, and work completed far exceeded my expectations. The sump pump system itself is top notch. I'm very appreciative to Tom for working with me on the routing of the discharge system. I cannot thank you enough. Groundworks / FSM has already been recommended to my friends and colleagues for any basement waterproofing work in need. I highly recommended this company.

Tom came to our house to look at a failing retaining wall. He was prompt, friendly and courteous. He spent a lot of time studying the issues and working with their team of experts to find a potential solution. Ultimately, they informed me that there was none. I knew going into the appointment that this was a distinct possibility and applaud them for their candor and honesty. A lesser company could easily have offered a sub- optimal proposal that would not have solved the problems and cost a lot of money.

We had a foundation leak for years. We had Foundation System of Michigan do our work. We were very pleased with the end result. To never have water in the basement is such a relief. Jalen was the supervisor of his crew. They were Deshawn, Nick S. and Reggie. Jalen was very polite and apologetic for the small crews he had and for the length of time it took to complete the job. Justin came out for our annual inspection. He carefully inspected/tested the sump pump, batteries, connections along with the wall anchors and outside connections. Once this was completed, he reviewed all aspects of the inspection with me and alerted me to the amount of humidity in our basement. He made some suggestions of larger dehumidifiers and reminders for our next inspection. He was very thorough and professional.

Had a great experience with Gary. I called him out for what I thought was a water proofing issue and discovered it was actually a plumbing issue. He was incredibly honest and didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I appreciate his honesty and integrity. He also took the time to point out several ASAP maintenance items to help me avoid future headaches. It’s very rare to find that level of honesty and kindness that he has versus just wanting to make money or take advantage. Highly recommend.. GO GARY!!!
