We had gone through numerous contractors prior that did not solve the issue, but John went above and beyond to ensure our issue would be resolved. He was the best with communication and going the extra mile for EVERYTHING. Definitely would recommend.

I highly recommend this company. The contractors did a beyond excellent job at explaining the problems with my basement and throughly explained how they planned to fix it. The whole process went smoothly and every employee I talked to was kind, professional, and showed a willingness to help. They also offer financing options which were a huge help.

FSM did a wall stabilization project in my basement today. Jonah H., Logan D. and Bryant D. were the FSM crew that did the work. They installed galvanized steel braces. They did all the work in a few hours, protected the items in my basement and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job! Thanks!

Joshua Gaddy came to fix where the pipe coming out of the house was cut off and not taken care of properly to keep water from coming back in the house and letting the sump pump run every 15 seconds. Temporary fix and said someone would be back to fix it in the spring when the ground wasn't frozen. Your company needs something better than heat tapes for the pipe not freezing, after all we live in Michigan. Cam was told by someone to cut it off but not what to do so water wouldn't gush out on the ground right next to my house with no place to go. Joshua did the best he could for now. I wasn't happy with the problem, being I spent so much to keep water out and ruining my foundation. The job was done nicely until the pipe froze.

Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle M. Who did an assessment of our water drainage problems. It was a great relief to have a person who was so responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, unlike others I have dealt with recently. His forthrightness, and good communication skills without being pushy was much appreciated. Our dog gave him the paws up and kisses as well, adding to the good vibes. Decovon S., Dewayne Lee, Darius S., and Issac R. were the gentleman me and my wife had the pleasure of coming to our home to fix our basement waterproofing needs. Not only were they professional, kind with an excellent work ethic but they did a superb job on the project. Decovon updated me every step of the way and was always cordial on the phone and in person. A lot of work was done and once finished the crew did an immaculate clean up job. Me and my wife are very satisfied with FSM because of these guys!
