They kept us updated throughout the process checking every time a jack was adjusted that there wasn't damage. They cleaned up and kept mess to a minimum in a very dirty and extremely small space. After having a great experience with this company last year when the waterproofed my basement and put beams in, I had another great experience at my first follow-up appointment. Phillip P came to adjust the beams, do measurements, and check things to make sure they were all working well. He was positive and very thorough in his work. He made sure to show me what he did, talk about what he noticed, and clean up the area. He then returned later in the week to replace the parts (screws? I don't know. They look like big screws but are surely called something different) that are no longer the correct size to "make sure they don't forget to bring them next year." He's a hard worker and did a great job!

He not only arrived on time, told me exactly what he was going to do, cleaned up, and turned off all of the lights when he was done. Didn’t believe that the sump pump and inside French drain could be done in two days. That is exactly what happened. Two days and the project completed. Luis S. Gustavo G. Gerson M and Devon W. Did a great job. On time, professional, personable. Clean up, yard and basement, better as can be expected. They did such a nice job, that I will never have to see them again on this property project. 😀 If needed, I would definitely use them again. From getting the bid (Dale K), to the completed project, all questions and concerns were answered. Had water intrusion in the past, nothing recently, My project was more a preventative issue going forward. So waiting for the next big storm to test the system. ⛈️ As a final note, any call I placed to FSM was returned within, or less, then the next day. Office staff, exceptional.
