The install crew operated like a well oiled machine. It was impressive to watch them work. Marco M., Mario S., Josh H., and Cortez Y. Took extra care to minimize the dust and dirt in the house. I was expecting the dust and dirt but they went out of their way to covered things that I missed! I was very impressed by that. This is not an easy job hauling concrete up and down the stairs and they did it with grace.We had a miscommunication with the sales department and they really should fix the language in the contract to be more specific on how much drywall that needs to be removed “as needed” is much too vague when verbal instructions were provided and not correct but the crew got their manager on the phone, and we came up with a work around to save the job. Honestly Marco and Dan turned it around and saved us from having to reschedule. They were very respectful, worked quickly and I would definitely recommend them for install.

The Rochester branch contacted me after the Livonia branch wasted my time for a month. Their crew came out to complete my job within 24 hours of original contact after learning about the issues from the other branch.Nate and Noah were courteous and professional, and were both very apologetic about the way the other branch had treated me. They completed the job in a timely fashion and throughly cleaned up afterward. It was clear they take pride in their work and in the FSM brand.My concrete slab was sinking in a few places in my house, causing significant separation between my base boards and floor. FSM was able to stabilize my floors and move them back up to their original locations. I am very happy with the results

FSM was outstanding to work with! Ben was super informative, honest with us and we felt confident we made the right decision to schedule with FSM to have our Crawl Space encapsulated. The crew showed up to do the dirty work with so much enthusiasm! A great bunch and they did a fantastic job. You would not even have known they were here aside from the major transformation of the Crawl Space. Not a stitch of mess left behind. We had tons of questions during the estimate with Ben and during the installation and they all were very knowledgeable and happy to help. The change through out our home AMAZING! It was a great relief to have a person who was so responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, unlike others I have dealt with recently. His forthrightness, and good communication skills without being pushy was much appreciated. Our dog gave him the paws up and kisses as well, adding to the good vibes. Alex, Marcus and Josue were efficient, professional, and quite enjoyable to work with. They worked around my landscaping, had great attitudes, paid attention to detail, informed us of what was going on, what to expect next and how to finish the project. Nothing rattled them. They were patient, and very good at their jobs. Alex was foreman on our job and was very patient and kind. Joe came out was very informative about everything that we need to get done, i bought a lot of things for my house for it to be improved, but I've never met a salesman that was so informative. We didn't want him to go period but he had to go cook for his 9 children period Also during the process and he didn't have to say it. Ever dry company. Definitely. Lee gave us a false expectation.
