Great experience. Was able to easily book an inspection for my first available date. John L. came to the house to look at our problem and expertly formulated a plan. Explained to me what was wrong and what products were best to use to fix the problem. I was able to be placed on the work calendar much sooner than I anticipated. On the service date, foreman Matt K. outlined again the plan for installation of the beam and jacks required to fix our sagging floor. He answered a couple of my questions in clear terms that I could understand. Crew members Xavier T. and Tommy D. were friendly but very professional and highly efficient in their work flow. Matt K called the morning of just to ensure correct service time but FSM uses a texting system to update the customer of everything on the service date. When they’re leaving the shop, when they’ve arrived at the property. Worked flawlessly. All of it exceeded expectations!

They had a great rapport among themselves and me as the customer. They went above their duties. Would recommend FSM professionals. Recommendation to the work crew that did the installation. Thank you all so very much!ADDING TO THIS REVIEW.As time has gone by have had 2 issues so far with the work that has been done.1. NEEDED A SUMP PUMP WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP not necessary (WRONG) 2.Dehumidifier has moisture and is dripping or draining the water out onto the encapsulation. Now my dehumidifier is corroded and looks awful. Is the dehumidifier to have been connected to the sump pump???????No answer for that question at this time.Another issue the encapsulation on the walls of crawl space has come down for a SECOND time.The repair crew COULD NOT BE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER THE INIITIAL CALL. SO………NOW THERE IS EVEN MORE WATER IN THE CRAWL SPACE.No recommendation at this time. It takes away from my time when I have to schedule a repair that should not have even happened.

Had a major project that on paper seemed daunting and overwhelmeing, but the team that included Martin H arrived and they took the project on with determination and skill and made a two day job seem effortless. they worked tirelessly and made best use of time while remaining courteous and addressing my questions and concerns while updating me on the progress of the project. they sent videos and pictures of the completed project in my crawl space Thanks Martin H of Livonia Michigan and team for an amazing job! Justin Emond arrived at our home to do what we both thought would be a normal annual checkup. Instead, I needed a new battery and a new pump and the crock needed to be flushed. All this was happening in a house where the water and electricity and gas had been shut off as a tree had fallen on our home. He did a fabulous job and improvised using a hose and hooking up to the neighbors’ water so that the crock could get flushed. He also explained to me how these pumps work which I’ve never quite understood. He worked very efficiently and I was most impressed with him and with Foundation Systems Of Michigan.

We had Groundworks out to install a sump pump and other water proofing measures at our home. Dean gave us an initial estimate and he was thorough and very kind. Jacob was our main contact for the on site work and he was excellent. He was kind and explained every step of the process with us. He showed us how everything would work and offered his number in case we had any questions afterward. I appreciate him and his onsite crew- they all worked very hard carrying heavy buckets of concrete in and out of our house. Very thankful and appreciative of Jacob and his crew!

I can't say enough about FSM's great customer service across the board. From the estimate detail to completion of the Michigan basement waterproofing & sump pump, the project manager and entire office and team were greatly communicative and simply awesome to work with. They did a meticulous job; huge lifesaving transformation. Install was completed during extreme cold and snow conditions. No water issues at all after the deep freeze melted. My sister recommended them, and I went with them based on the great work they did on her house, and their outstanding reputation. Thanks to Terrell, Terrell Jr. and Tyler, plus David, no longer have to worry about water issues. Top notch company and team, highly recommend. If you are in need, definitely put them on your estimate list. FSM is high quality, no nonsense.
