We had issues with the flooring in our old home built in the 1890s. Floors so unleveled, from the years I f dampness and old wood!! We couldn’t put flooring down that it needed so desperately. The difference was amazing!! No soft spots and floors were amazingly level again!! Didn’t know how much difference this would would make and we are finally ready to have our new wood floors put down!! Thanks to the great workers to get under our very small area under house to accomplish this feat!! Thanks to Miguel A, Mateo O, Demon B as well as the electrical team Josh W and Caleb T!! Great work guys!! Thanks!!

Fsm workers came out to lift my sidewalk and driveway slabs because the city of Hazel park is incompetent. The workers from Fsm were great in every aspect. Punctual, polite and worked quickly producing amazing work. And muck more. The people who did the work, Jason R. and Jordan B. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was to my satisfactory. This is only the second review I have ever done, but I definitely needed to after seeing the results. Thanks fellas!

I have a great experience with Groundworks Company. There representative, David Cottone, is very knowledge about this company. David rocks. He came over to walk house and exam everything that needed to be done on my driveway. He also should me how things would look on his tablet in blue print form. David gave me a history lesson on the company which made me feel at easy. The company have been around for years, so I know they are the real deal. With that being said, if you need work on the outside or inside of your house; Groundworks Company is that company that will handle your business with grace, honor and respect.

We just completed our basement waterproofing by Groundworks. The work was completed in the two-day period that they estimated. The work was done very professionally by the crew of 5 or so workers. All were very friendly and worked well together as a team. A special thanks to Logan, Darius Anthony and Braxton for their work.

I really was impressed by the professionalism of Juan, Diego and Jeff., and even John who did our inspection. My crawl space is ONLY two blocks. Very tight fit. Average guy can NOT fit under there. House was built in 1954. Needless to say I have NEVER been under there and at 73 I NEVER will now. The boys did a hell of a job and clean. My gosh, I would even do that good. They even fixed one of our furnace pipes that some how came apart. They seem to have a good time together also. The service contract was WELL worth the money. Needless to say, I highly recommend FSM and if you get a chance ask for Jeff and Juan and Diego. AWESOME JOB BOYS/ Leonard Mueller

They kept us updated throughout the process checking every time a jack was adjusted that there wasn't damage. They cleaned up and kept mess to a minimum in a very dirty and extremely small space. Thank you all for going above and beyond to support our homes structure and respecting our home.
