He used some state of the art tools to collect the necessary data to provide me with a few options to choose from. He was super friendly and didn’t “push” his products or services. Looking forward to getting this service done. Ian came by for estimate and was extremely professional, knowledgeable, low pressure, and he helped us decide that this is the direction we should go. He explained the product and the process very well so when he left we had no questions as to what we should expect… So far so good. Communication prior to the insulation process was timely and clear, with updates provided whenever needed. The installers were professional, respectful of our home, and did superb work. We cannot say enough positive things about this experience. They handled everything from obtaining permits to thoroughly cleaning up afterward making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Foundation Systems of Michigan.
