He inspection of our Apartment Build, which has a water seepage, with cracks in the foundation, and seepage from the ground. After inspection, he prepared a plan/proposal, which was very reasonable. We were in the process of selling my grandmother’s house when we discovered a basement wall was caving in. Dan came out promptly and provided a free inspection and quote. He stayed in constant communication and quickly scheduled Miguel and his crew. Miguel did a phenomenal job and remained positive and smiling throughout the entire project. They were incredibly professional and just a genuinely pleasant group to be around. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who needs their services. Would recommend- Worked out options to fit our needs and budget and we appreciated the patience with all our questions. The install was relatively painless (we opted to do the prep work to remove stud walls) and the workers were thoughtful and respectful. They were efficient, quick, and the project looks fantastic. We really appreciated their positive attitudes and thorough clean up.

Jakob and his team (Alex, Nicholas and Junior) were prompt, efficient, and professional in their installation of a basement foundation drain in my home yesterday. Jakob was very helpful and responsive to my questions throughout the day and thoroughly explained operation of the new drainage system, etc. He's also an outstanding foreman, keeping his team working seamlessly and in harmony. This team was obviously very experienced! I also appreciated the very high quality of materials and workmanship. And when the crew left, EVERYTHING was cleaned up very well. This was my second experience with FSM. BOTH EXPERIENCES WERE OUTSTANDING!! Their prices are competitive, their workmanship outstanding, and their overall objective is a satisfied customer WHICH I AM AGAIN!!! Give FSM and ADDITIONAL STAR!!! THANKS GUYS!!! THANKS FSM!!! I wanted to acknowledge the FSM team of Dave, Matt and Kiko for the amazing job they did on my home. This was not an easy job due to the VERY limited space they had to work in. They were determined to complete the job. They were all very pleasant and polite. Dave took time to answer all questions and explain everything. They were on time and cleaned everything up when finished. I am so excited with the results! I am not smelling the horrible smell from my crawl space and the house does seem a bit warmer. I also want to mention John L who came out initially and looked over my space and took pictures of everything to get me connected with FSM. He was available and happy to answer all my questions leading up to my project date…which I had a bunch😄. Thank you

The FSM team did a great job of installing AquaStop WallSeal in our basement and attaching it to our sump pump system. Jacob Se, Martin H, Decovon S, Alex K and DeWayne L were competent and friendly. They walked us through what they were going to do and even put back our dryer without us asking.
