Bryce was an excellent inspector and was completely up front about our situation. We had a few minor exterior cracks and called for a free inspection. Bryce walked me through everything and delivered some great news that we should just monitor our cracks. We definitely would recommend Groundworks for any cracks or settling in your foundation. Best to be proactive and address any worries or concerns as early as possible.

I have been very impressed with FSM for my foundation needs. Carter S. and Jamont Y-D were efficient, prompt and courteous. Respectful of my property. They explained the process thoroughly and did a final walk-through ensuring my satisfaction with the job. Jordan P. was great when he came to inspect and provide recommendations for my foundation. Answered my questions and provided detailed instructions regarding preparation of my patio for the work. Definitely recommend FSM for foundation needs.

Thank you Mark Dunbar for being honest! I would highly recommend you and your company. It's rare to find someone who's is honest these days. After Mark's inspection he determined that I had a gray water plumbing leak and a crawl space cover leaking but no need for his services. Which is amazing compared to the competition Ayers Basement that tried to sell 57K worth of service.Mark won't sell you what you don't need I highly recommend you ask for him by name. I will be contacting Mark for some under pin foundation work in the spring.Thank you for your honesty!Andre

Miguel and Yasmany from the Livonia location, serviced my crawlspace which is accessed inside my house, by installing new sump pumps and efficient drainage. Which was very nasty muddy job. Not only did they do an excellent job with the instalation they were very professional and especially neat considering the conditions they had to work in. These two guys are a definite asset to FSM , A GROUNDWORKS Company!

We have relied on FSM for over 10 years to keep our crawlspace dry and pristine. So when we added a small addition, we insisted they come and protect it to the same level as the rest of the crawl space. We had Groundworks out to install a sump pump and other water proofing measures at our home. Dean gave us an initial estimate and he was thorough and very kind. Jacob was our main contact for the on site work and he was excellent. He was kind and explained every step of the process with us. He showed us how everything would work and offered his number in case we had any questions afterward. I appreciate him and his onsite crew- they all worked very hard carrying heavy buckets of concrete in and out of our house. Very thankful and appreciative of Jacob and his crew!
