Our consultant, Adam was knowledgeable, courteous and understanding. He was on time and explained everything in detail and with drawings. We booked our service and he as well as the team were able to get us scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. I am looking forward to the completion of our project and would highly recommend him and the service. Best customer service I have had in a very long time.

FSM waterproofed our laundry room and installed a sump pump as part of the process. Frank was the foreman on the job, and he and his crew did a great job. They were very well organized, and Frank took the time to answer all my questions, to explain precisely what was being done, and made sure that everything was cleaned up upon completion. I know others that have used and recommended FSM, and I was not disappointed with the finished product.

I had a rather large cement patio that had sunk and was sloped towards the house attributing to water infiltrating the basement. Rana H and David H were able to lift the slab to where the water will now drain off away from the house. They went about their work keeping me informed as to what was transpiring. They were pleasant and friendly and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend you asking for Rana and David when you have Groundworks repair your cement. You won't go wrong. I am totally satisfied with the work that they had done. If I could rate them seperately they would both get five stars!! I'm a completely satisfied customer.
