Last fall we had water in our basement and to diagnose the issue. John Andrews came to our house and was extremely thorough in explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. He knew we were getting ready to sell and assured us that doing this would create extra value in the house. At first, we were very skeptical at the cost to say the least. But that has been the best decision I have made for my home. It not only got us extra value but gives peace of mind to potential buyers as well.The whole installation was done professionally in 2 days and John was there for any questions or concerns during the whole process. Fast forward to selling our house, buyers have raved about how professionally done the basement work was done. It has brought us multiple offers above asking solely for that fact. Have no hesitation in using groundworks for your basement needs. John is by far their best employee throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend him enough.

We were in the process of selling my grandmother’s house when we discovered a basement wall was caving in. Dan came out promptly and provided a free inspection and quote. He stayed in constant communication and quickly scheduled Miguel and his crew. Miguel did a phenomenal job and remained positive and smiling throughout the entire project. They were incredibly professional and just a genuinely pleasant group to be around. I will absolutely be recommending them to anyone who needs their services. I couldn’t be happier with the work Groundworks did leveling my garage. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and exceeded my expectations. A special thank you goes to Jason R. and Chad D. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, and took the time to explain everything they were doing throughout the project. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really showed, and they left the job site clean when they were finished. It’s not often you come across a crew that genuinely cares about doing the job right, but Jason and Chad absolutely do. If you’re considering Groundworks for foundation or concrete leveling work, I highly recommend them. Outstanding craftsmanship and excellent customer service!

FSM came out today. They sent Taj, a service tech from the Traverse City office. Taj did a thorough review of the crawlspace at my cottage and found several structural issues that I needed to address. He showed me pictures of the areas of concern and explained the necessary solutions. Taj was GREAT and explained what needed to be done to correct these concerns. What a breath of fresh air, Taj was and an asset to FSM. I feel confident with the work that needs to be done after being explained & would recommend FSM.

We hired FSM Grand Rapids to spray foam insulate our crawl space and install a dehumidifier to help with the dampness in that area. All four workers, Jalen, DeShawn, Reggie, and Jamont were very helpful, friendly and professional. The crawl space looks so much better than it did and we are happy that it is sealed off from the cold weather. I would highly recommend FSM Grand Rapids for any of your foundation work!
