Jason and Chad arrived timely and worked efficiently as a team. Both were polite and professional. My driveway was filled, repaired and sealed. The cleanup was great. I hate it when people do not clean up behind themselves. I feel like I got the job I paid for. Jason, reminded me of my warranty and not to hesitate to call him. These two guys were great today. And I have a positive feeling that my prior issues with my driveway may be resolved. Let's wait for the rain now. LOL Thanks again Jason R. and Chad D.

I’ve been a customer of theirs for about eight years now. When they installed my New sub pump. They have been very thorough, respectful, polite, and professional. Every time they’ve come out to do service checks since the install. You get what you pay for and they have definitely earned their cost to me. I would highly recommend them. Today a great Technician, Haytham, came out to my house and he was exactly as I described above. I can also say he was a great guest in my house I enjoyed talking with. Cheerful, polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you!

We had issues with the flooring in our old home built in the 1890s. Floors so unleveled, from the years I f dampness and old wood!! We couldn’t put flooring down that it needed so desperately. The difference was amazing!! No soft spots and floors were amazingly level again!! Didn’t know how much difference this would would make and we are finally ready to have our new wood floors put down!! Thanks to the great workers to get under our very small area under house to accomplish this feat!! Thanks to Miguel A, Mateo O, Demon B as well as the electrical team Josh W and Caleb T!! Highly recommend! Our technician, John Fulton, was incredible! I highly recommend requesting him, if you get the option. He was very kind and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection and made sure to explain everything. My children and grandchildren were here and were interested to learn, too. He was more than willing to answer their questions, and he made it like a field trip to the basement! Very educational and fun! Can't thank him enough for being so kind and informative!

Working with Dan Heath was excellent. He came, assessed our issue and sat down to go over his findings. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything in great detail and showed us what set FSM apart from other companies. He went through everything in great detail on how to prepare and set up for crew to come in and work. I also want to point out how nice and enthusiastic the crew was. They worked a very hard, long day and were polite and kind the whole day despite the cold temperatures. I have already recommended the company to others as we are very satisfied with the process from initial assessment to completed work.

The install was relatively painless (we opted to do the prep work to remove stud walls) and the workers were thoughtful and respectful. They were efficient, quick, and the project looks fantastic.
