We were very happy with the expertise, courtesy and responsiveness of the FSM people. First, Rana explained the process carefully, and readily returned phoned questions several times before the work was done. The experienced, professional team of Marco M, Mario S and Noel G carried through. Even with some adjustments there was no delay, while they carefully took time to explain to us each step of the process. Our basement was in good hands with these impressive craftsmen.

I couldn’t be happier with the work Groundworks did leveling my garage. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, organized, and exceeded my expectations. A special thank you goes to Jason R. and Chad D. They were knowledgeable, hardworking, and took the time to explain everything they were doing throughout the project. Their attention to detail and pride in their work really showed, and they left the job site clean when they were finished. It’s not often you come across a crew that genuinely cares about doing the job right, but Jason and Chad absolutely do. If you’re considering Groundworks for foundation or concrete leveling work, I highly recommend them. Outstanding craftsmanship and excellent customer service!

You and your crew went above and beyond to work through the hurdles we discovered along the way, including the weather. Everyone was professional, polite, hard working and put the customer first. John came out to our home in Grand Rapids to assess a crack in our basement and discuss moisture solutions. He was very knowledgeable and I have so much peace of mind after talking to him! He was very clear about presenting us our options and discussing our next steps, even suggesting a few simple solutions above and beyond what we initially called Groundworks to assess. If we need future foundation work done, this’ll be the first company we call.
