Jason R came over to my house from FSM, for routine yearly maintenance. He not only arrived on time, told me exactly what he was going to do, cleaned up, and turned off all of the lights when he was done. Not to mention he fixed one of our gutters and brought in the trash cans and recycle bin. I am one highly satisfied customer! Thank you Jason R and FSM.

Austin arrived on time and discussed our concerns. He performed an interior and exterior inspection of our home while explaining in detail any items that were of concern. He checked all our existing equipment and systems, including a structure moisture content and interior humidity readings. He advised us about future possibilities and what it would take to correct these issues. He was very thorough and professional as he calmly answered questions and provided us a great future plan. We had Groundworks out to install a sump pump and other water proofing measures at our home. Dean gave us an initial estimate and he was thorough and very kind. Jacob was our main contact for the on site work and he was excellent. He was kind and explained every step of the process with us. He showed us how everything would work and offered his number in case we had any questions afterward. I appreciate him and his onsite crew- they all worked very hard carrying heavy buckets of concrete in and out of our house. Very thankful and appreciative of Jacob and his crew!

John came to my house to perform the yearly maintenance on the sump pumps and to ensure that the work completed three years ago is still in good condition. Everything checked out well. He was very respectful, professional, and thorough during the visit. I’m very happy that I chose this company for my basement waterproofing. Hopefully everything continues to work well for many years, but it’s reassuring to know they maintain the same level of professionalism if anything ever needs attention in the future.

We had an absolute mess of a basement and crawlspace. After having several estimators come out, it was immediately clear that FSM was the right choice. Don was incredibly informative and helpful. He didn’t just teach me about their products—he gave me general knowledge that was genuinely valuable as a homeowner. He always answered my calls and texts, no matter the question, and offered guidance on anything basement-related. I can’t say enough kind things about him. The crew that did our basement—Jakob W., Denzel K., William H., and Eloy M.— worked HARD. Not only were they all respectful, but they put in at least 10 hours a day for four days straight to get our basement in order. Jakob maintained excellent communication the entire time. At the end of each day, he walked me through the progress and patiently answered my million questions with thoughtfulness and care. He even helped me move the water heater up the final step I couldn’t manage—and he and another team member carried it back down for me afterward. We will absolutely be calling FSM again for anything basement or foundation-related—and we’ll be asking for Jakob and his team specifically. I’m so grateful for their hard work, passion, and the consideration they brought to this project. Thank you to everyone involved—truly, a thousand times over!

John came out to our home in Grand Rapids to assess a crack in our basement and discuss moisture solutions. He was very knowledgeable and I have so much peace of mind after talking to him! He was very clear about presenting us our options and discussing our next steps, even suggesting a few simple solutions above and beyond what we initially called Groundworks to assess. If we need future foundation work done, this’ll be the first company we call.
