Jacob, Steven and Issac worked miracles in the very shallow crawl space under our home. It required 5 steel beams and 15 jacks to support failing beams. They were professional, communicated well and were respectful of our space and home. Thank you for going above and beyond to do this work with the minimal space for access. They cut a small (12×6) access in the cinder block foundation to bring in the steel beams and were able to use the interior crawlspace access to bring in the rest of the materials. I was so relieved the work could be done properly without damaging the kitchen tile floor and stone countertops.

Last fall we had water in our basement and to diagnose the issue. John Andrews came to our house and was extremely thorough in explaining what was wrong and how to fix it. He knew we were getting ready to sell and assured us that doing this would create extra value in the house. At first, we were very skeptical at the cost to say the least. But that has been the best decision I have made for my home. It not only got us extra value but gives peace of mind to potential buyers as well.The whole installation was done professionally in 2 days and John was there for any questions or concerns during the whole process. Fast forward to selling our house, buyers have raved about how professionally done the basement work was done. It has brought us multiple offers above asking solely for that fact. Have no hesitation in using groundworks for your basement needs. John is by far their best employee throughout the whole process. Cannot recommend him enough.

I had an excellent experience with the Groundworks team. The technician (Mike), went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. He was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the work being done and the future work I was signing up for to address the issues found in my basement. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to doing the job right rather than rushing through it. Mike has vast work knowledge and truly cares about his customers. My husband and I had foundation systems of Michigan come out to do our crawlspace. The installers that came were very professional cleaned up after themselves and did a very good job. The installers names were Jonah Hamilton, Logan Dean, Bryant Dozier, and Kiko Hartley. All four of these men did a great job and were very professional. I would definitely recommend having them out to do work at anyone’s home!

I hate it when people do not clean up behind themselves. I feel like I got the job I paid for. Jason, reminded me of my warranty and not to hesitate to call him. These two guys were great today.
