There were a few things that needed to be moved due to the extra job, and they helped me move the items! I would highly recommend them to my friends. I felt guilty because they anticipated the job to take 1.5 hrs and due to our extreme level of problems and added work, it ended up taking them 5 hours! Today I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle M. Who did an assessment of our water drainage problems. It was a great relief to have a person who was so responsive, knowledgeable, and patient, unlike others I have dealt with recently. His forthrightness, and good communication skills without being pushy was much appreciated. Our dog gave him the paws up and kisses as well, adding to the good vibes. I look forward to getting the project done feeling confident that the work will be satisfactorily.

Excellent job! Great team! Kyle explained in detail what needed to be done without trying to sell me more than what I needed. The crew that came in to do the job were courteous, respectful of my home. They came in, got to work and knew what needed to be done. If I had questions, they answered them. They were in pretty tight quarters (all 3) and they made the best of it. Thank you so much for a job well done!! I would give them a 15!!! If you need foundation, basement waterproofing, etc., FMR is the place to call.
