There were a few things that needed to be moved due to the extra job, and they helped me move the items! I would highly recommend them to my friends. I felt guilty because they anticipated the job to take 1.5 hrs and due to our extreme level of problems and added work, it ended up taking them 5 hours! Jason was very thorough and explained in lamens terms the problem, how to replace for a decent expected rate or how to repair for much less. Absolutely professional yet down to earth guy. Thank you Mark Dunbar for being honest! I would highly recommend you and your company. It's rare to find someone who's is honest these days. After Mark's inspection he determined that I had a gray water plumbing leak and a crawl space cover leaking but no need for his services. Which is amazing compared to the competition Ayers Basement that tried to sell 57K worth of service.Mark won't sell you what you don't need I highly recommend you ask for him by name. I will be contacting Mark for some under pin foundation work in the spring.Thank you for your honesty!Andre

I really appreciated the service the company provided. Micheal B was extremely professional and went above and beyond to ensure he could meet at a time that worked best for my family when there was a scheduling conflict. This company will get straight to the point while providing much needed information about the home. Very thankful they came and pointed out a few other issues they noticed about the home that we might want another opinion on since it something they don’t do. I’ve always hated how many companies will pressure you to decide in the moment, but this company wanted you to take time to make the financial decision. Thank you for coming out to the house and we can’t wait to get everything done.

Great follow up after initial call. Inspector showed up at date and time promised, follow up later for any questions. Quote was fair and included things others uncharged for. Matt K., Robert W. And Elijah M. did a great job. They showed up first thing and got the job done. They went above and beyond with cleaning crawl space. They were polite and professional and when the job was done, took time to show me what they had done and explain equipment. Would use again!

Jason Schilt, came to inspect our home on 7/24, and arrived on time to inspect our home inside, outside, and our crawl space. We cannot have asked to receive a better inspector than Jason. He did not rush through the inspection but took his time to provide us with very thorough details with images to show what we were dealing with under the crawl space. Jason also helped us with financing, and went through pricing options as well as gave his honest professional opinion of what needs to be repaired/replaced.We had reached out to a different company prior to contacting FSM and when the individual arrived to our home he was only here at most 10 minutes and within this short few minutes without ever even going into our crawl space to see what the problem was he stated our structure and foundation both were bad, said he would need to dig up pavements along the house to knock the crawl space wall out then he would go in from there to repair anything he found. He said he also would need to replace the pavement going along our home after he was finished. He quoted us 20,000 to start this job and it took me numerous calls to get the estimate which arrived 3 weeks later. We did not hesitate to call FSM for a second opinion as we were not comfortable with the first guy from the independently owned company who quoted us 20,000. We are so thankful that FSM gave us Jason Schilt as our inspector because he genuinely cares about his job and the well being of his customers. We hope others are as blessed as we were to have Jason come to their home, he’s a very honest person and great guy to do business with! Thank you so much for everything Jason! They had a great rapport among themselves and me as the customer. They went above their duties. Would recommend FSM professionals. Recommendation to the work crew that did the installation. Thank you all so very much!ADDING TO THIS REVIEW.As time has gone by have had 2 issues so far with the work that has been done.1. NEEDED A SUMP PUMP WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP not necessary (WRONG) 2.Dehumidifier has moisture and is dripping or draining the water out onto the encapsulation. Now my dehumidifier is corroded and looks awful. Is the dehumidifier to have been connected to the sump pump???????No answer for that question at this time.Another issue the encapsulation on the walls of crawl space has come down for a SECOND time.The repair crew COULD NOT BE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER THE INIITIAL CALL. SO………NOW THERE IS EVEN MORE WATER IN THE CRAWL SPACE.No recommendation at this time. It takes away from my time when I have to schedule a repair that should not have even happened.
