Groundworks is a great company! They leveled our driveway last year, and it’s held up very well. They recently came out for a complimentary follow-up inspection, which gave us real peace of mind. Mike was our service technician, and he did an outstanding job. He thoroughly explained the inspection process, answered all of our questions, and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on moving forward. His professionalism and knowledge made the entire experience easy and reassuring. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. Joe came out was very informative about everything that we need to get done, i bought a lot of things for my house for it to be improved, but I've never met a salesman that was so informative. We didn't want him to go period but he had to go cook for his 9 children period Also during the process and he didn't have to say it. Ever dry company. Definitely. Lee gave us a false expectation. Highly recommend! Our technician, John Fulton, was incredible! I highly recommend requesting him, if you get the option. He was very kind and professional. He conducted a thorough inspection and made sure to explain everything. My children and grandchildren were here and were interested to learn, too. Dan just did my yearly inspection and he was very professional, prompt and thoughtful! He called to tell me when he would arrive, he put on shoe covers without me asking and quickly got to work. He walked around the outside of my house and pointed out a problem with my porch, no other service technician has ever walked around the outside of my home. I hope Dan continues to be the guy that does my inspection. Great experience!

Miguel and his team did an amazing job in my basement. He always kept me in the loop and was always available for questions. He even noticed some other plumbing pipes that were loose and glued them for me. Which could have created a huge mess later on. I fully recommend this company and especially this location with the work they did. We have had a couple of rains since the repair and I no longer have to clean up water in my basement.

We seen a difference on the level of our floor as they worked it. They shown us pictures of the work underneath in our crawl space and what it took to achieve the results. We are pleased so far and would recommend them to others.
