John W. was honestly the best! He’s the inspector I needed from the start. I’m a first time homeowner so the questions were flying and a lot was learned. He’s truly passionate on what he does. Felt like I was on a field trip at my own house. Took so much time educating, making sure I fully understood the situation. Not your average tech trying to sell you what you don’t need. Teddy, Luis and Gerson are definitely the “A” team! They were on time, worked extremely hard, continued to keep me updated throughout the day, and cleaned up when they were done. Not only did they repair elements of prior work that was done improperly, but they also discovered and then repaired other improperly done installments. I have been with FSM (now Groundworks) for many many years. This team is certainly one of- if not THE best team I have ever had service my basement.

Alex, Marcus and Josue were efficient, professional, and quite enjoyable to work with. They worked around my landscaping, had great attitudes, paid attention to detail, informed us of what was going on, what to expect next and how to finish the project. Nothing rattled them. They were patient, and very good at their jobs. Alex was foreman on our job and was very patient and kind. We needed that attitude and it went a long way in not making us feel in the way, or a bother to them. Thank you for that! Now let the polyfoam fun begin next. Thanks guys!

My representative/inspector was Zach, and he was and is absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to not only represent himself, but the company with integrity, kindness and helpfulness. He walked me through everything and also explained everything meticulously. I'd do business with Foundation, if it were more expensive, on how amazing he was as a representative. Foundation is truly blessed to have him as an employee. He is an undeniable asset to the company. I encourage anyone with questions to request him specifically!

We own a small vacation home on the Au Sable. The home was built on a dirt crawl space. We always had water, mold and odor issues from the crawl space. FSM of Michigan came in this week and completely encapsulated the space and added a new sump pump. The job wasn't cheap but the result is well worth the cost. Stephen, Matt, Isaiah and Justin worked very hard for two and a half days to get the job done. Great crew who worked hard and answered all my questions. Everything was left spotless. We highly recommend FSM of Michigan TC if you have water/foundation issues!

Justin Emond arrived at our home to do what we both thought would be a normal annual checkup. Instead, I needed a new battery and a new pump and the crock needed to be flushed. All this was happening in a house where the water and electricity and gas had been shut off as a tree had fallen on our home. He did a fabulous job and improvised using a hose and hooking up to the neighbors’ water so that the crock could get flushed. He also explained to me how these pumps work which I’ve never quite understood. He worked very efficiently and I was most impressed with him and with Foundation Systems Of Michigan.
