FSM waterproofed our laundry room and installed a sump pump as part of the process. Frank was the foreman on the job, and he and his crew did a great job. They were very well organized, and Frank took the time to answer all my questions, to explain precisely what was being done, and made sure that everything was cleaned up upon completion. I know others that have used and recommended FSM, and I was not disappointed with the finished product.

He inspection of our Apartment Build, which has a water seepage, with cracks in the foundation, and seepage from the ground. After inspection, he prepared a plan/proposal, which was very reasonable. I would highly recommend FSM! Miguel and his crew, JasmanY V, and Jose V were polite, hard working, and efficient workers. Miguel kept me informed throughout the process of the progress they were making, showing me and explaining exactly what they were doing. When a change was made to the original contract, it was discussed with me, and I received a prompt call back first thing in the next morning, agreeing on a credit to my account. The worksite was all clean when they left. Job well done!
