I called FSM to repair a driveway and porch that were unlevel. Jeff Holbrook, the salesman came out and was great to work with. To sum it up, Jeff was honest, did not over sell and explained to me what I needed to do to reach a withstanding repair and cost.Nate Pierce and Noah Wick came out to do the repair work.I have to say I do not write reviews too often, but I felt I needed to this time. Nate and Noah were great guys. Called before showing up on time and explained everything about how and what they were going to do and did it. After they left my driveway was level and sealed which just looks great. I wish all repairs were done this professionally. If you've had anybody come to your house to fix something, you know what I'm talking about.Thank you, Nate, Noah and Jeff.

Thank you Mark Dunbar for being honest! I would highly recommend you and your company. It's rare to find someone who's is honest these days. After Mark's inspection he determined that I had a gray water plumbing leak and a crawl space cover leaking but no need for his services. Which is amazing compared to the competition Ayers Basement that tried to sell 57K worth of service.Mark won't sell you what you don't need I highly recommend you ask for him by name. I will be contacting Mark for some under pin foundation work in the spring.Thank you for your honesty!Andre

Jason Schilt, came to inspect our home on 7/24, and arrived on time to inspect our home inside, outside, and our crawl space. We cannot have asked to receive a better inspector than Jason. He did not rush through the inspection but took his time to provide us with very thorough details with images to show what we were dealing with under the crawl space. Jason also helped us with financing, and went through pricing options as well as gave his honest professional opinion of what needs to be repaired/replaced.We had reached out to a different company prior to contacting FSM and when the individual arrived to our home he was only here at most 10 minutes and within this short few minutes without ever even going into our crawl space to see what the problem was he stated our structure and foundation both were bad, said he would need to dig up pavements along the house to knock the crawl space wall out then he would go in from there to repair anything he found. He said he also would need to replace the pavement going along our home after he was finished. He quoted us 20,000 to start this job and it took me numerous calls to get the estimate which arrived 3 weeks later. We did not hesitate to call FSM for a second opinion as we were not comfortable with the first guy from the independently owned company who quoted us 20,000. We are so thankful that FSM gave us Jason Schilt as our inspector because he genuinely cares about his job and the well being of his customers. We hope others are as blessed as we were to have Jason come to their home, he’s a very honest person and great guy to do business with! Thank you so much for everything Jason! They had a great rapport among themselves and me as the customer. They went above their duties. Would recommend FSM professionals. Recommendation to the work crew that did the installation. Thank you all so very much!ADDING TO THIS REVIEW.As time has gone by have had 2 issues so far with the work that has been done.1. NEEDED A SUMP PUMP WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP not necessary (WRONG) 2.Dehumidifier has moisture and is dripping or draining the water out onto the encapsulation. Now my dehumidifier is corroded and looks awful. Is the dehumidifier to have been connected to the sump pump???????No answer for that question at this time.Another issue the encapsulation on the walls of crawl space has come down for a SECOND time.The repair crew COULD NOT BE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER THE INIITIAL CALL. SO………NOW THERE IS EVEN MORE WATER IN THE CRAWL SPACE.No recommendation at this time. It takes away from my time when I have to schedule a repair that should not have even happened.
