Shane came to our house and explained the entire process for foundation stabilization and what to expect when the work was done. Steve, Austin, and Q arrived about 9 am on the day the work was to be done. They explained what they would do and went right to work. They worked quickly but made sure they took the time to answer all my questions about what they were doing. They were mindful of my property and protected my grass and plants. They finished about 1:30 pm. Having completed my garage foundation stabilization, they completely cleaned up and left my yard looking just as it had when they arrived. These guys were great. The whole process from start to finish went very smoothly. Thanks guys.

This section of my house was over a 100 years old and had sunk a couple inches. I was so incredibly nervous about having the helictical piers installed and the house lifted. My salesperson and the ground crew kept reassuring me that they knew what they were doing and they would do their best. I am so happy with the outcome! I have had one problem after another. I am still waiting for them to fix the work they did wrong and pay for damages they made on stuff they should not have touched….Update the job is finished and FSM has agreed to correct the issues and came out yesterday and corrected the issues. They replaced the down spout and have placed the pipe behind the drywall as I requested. They agreed to help pay for part of the wall repair. I was always responsible for replacing the drywall and removing it. I am glad FSM has stood up and took responsibility.

Nathan and Noah did an amazing job on the slab floor in our home! Nathan was professional, friendly, and has years of experience doing this. He took the time to explain everything he did as he went and exactly why he was doing it. We are new owners and the floor had apparently been slowly sinking for many years. They were able to bring it back to almost normal, which amazed us! Both Nathan and Noah were very impressive, and when they left there was absolutely no mess. I will definitely call on this company in the future if I have any need for it again.

Robert Walraven, a FSM Service Technician, arrived on time for an annual inspection of the work FSM had previously completed. To my surprise we found considerable water in the crawl space. The water was due to a cracked pipe in our artesian well pit allowing water to flow on top of the liner that FSM had installed. Although this was not an FSM issue, Robert modified the liner to allow the water flow to go into the tiling and on to the sump that FSM had installed. This gave me time to repair the cracked pipes without additional flooding. He then offered to come back at no additional charge and finish the annual inspection at no additional charge once the well pit repair had been completed. Very professional and very much appreciated

Jason R and Jordan B. did a great job today. They were very thorough and offered to extend my warranty for five years from today since I had problems with their quality of work originally. I did not expect that, but that really made a difference plus them getting the job done correctly today. These guys were excellent and did an amazing job with lifting & leveling, a professional looking saw-cut to prep and then filll the cracks.

From first meeting Phil and discussing our foundation repair process and then the crew they sent to do the job, we have nothing but high praise. The job was not the simple project we thought and the crew worked through all the problems with determination to do the best job possible. Our thanks to Logan Rosas (foreman), Darius Currie, Isaac R, Aaron R, and Dave H for all their hard work. Instead of the one week they planned it extended into nearly five weeks of headaches! Many thanks guys! We highly recommend Groundworks because of your good work!

FSM waterproofed our laundry room and installed a sump pump as part of the process. Frank was the foreman on the job, and he and his crew did a great job. They were very well organized, and Frank took the time to answer all my questions, to explain precisely what was being done, and made sure that everything was cleaned up upon completion. I know others that have used and recommended FSM, and I was not disappointed with the finished product.
