I was very pleased that the tech, Austin, who serviced my system today, took the extra time to explain to me possible solutions to recurring issues, rather than rush through the service. Even as it tightened his schedule for the day. I’ve had similar excellent service and communication with Dennis and Phil, and recommend FSM!

Groundworks just finished a project at my house and I couldn’t be happier with the work this crew did. Hunter K, Teddy F, and River C were very respectful of my property and made sure I was happy when they finished. They went the extra mile to clean up completely when done. This was my fourth project with FSM/Groundworks and I’ve had a good experience each time. I feel they have genuine people across the board and work to take care of your issues.

John Terry was fantastic! We've over what he was doing to make sure we understood everything and or if any questions. We already have has work done from FSM in the past and will continue to do so because of ppl like John. He also went over future options if we were interested in investing in it in the future and let us know he was not telling us we had to or needed to. We will for sure b having additional work done in the future to keep our home safe and secure and will use FSM due to ppl like John. Ty again for the great service. Look forward to dealing with you in the future.

We recently bought our first home and after the first heavy rainstorms of the year, we found water in our basement. Jim Nesbitt came out to inspect our foundation and was incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the issues clearly and helped us understand our options for repairs. As first-time homeowners, we really appreciated his guidance and honesty. John Fulton then checked and verified the integrity of the floor cross-beams and exterior foundation walls / brick walls showed no signs of structural damage. Did not expect this additional inspection and it gave me confidence that no future concerns will arise.

Richard Z, Shawn E, and Sabastian M were fantastic! They were very polite, professional and efficient. They showed up on time, completed the job over the course of 2 visits, and left the place looking like it was always there. I had a sump pump installation. When the job was completed, Richard Z went over all the specifications with the pump and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Give these employees a raise!!! They were top notch! I highly recommend FSM of Livonia for your waterproofing concerns.
