The guys did a fabulous job leveling my sidewalk and driveway. I highly recommend! One sidewalk section was completely lifted from a tree root. Now it is level. Professional and knowledge of their craft. No mess left behind. They cleaned up as they worked. Well done!

I called FSM to repair a driveway and porch that were unlevel. Jeff Holbrook, the salesman came out and was great to work with. To sum it up, Jeff was honest, did not over sell and explained to me what I needed to do to reach a withstanding repair and cost.Nate Pierce and Noah Wick came out to do the repair work.I have to say I do not write reviews too often, but I felt I needed to this time. Nate and Noah were great guys. Called before showing up on time and explained everything about how and what they were going to do and did it. After they left my driveway was level and sealed which just looks great. I wish all repairs were done this professionally. If you've had anybody come to your house to fix something, you know what I'm talking about.Thank you, Nate, Noah and Jeff.

Groundworks is a great company! They leveled our driveway last year, and it’s held up very well. They recently came out for a complimentary follow-up inspection, which gave us real peace of mind. Mike was our service technician, and he did an outstanding job. He thoroughly explained the inspection process, answered all of our questions, and pointed out a few things to keep an eye on moving forward. His professionalism and knowledge made the entire experience easy and reassuring. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and the excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for reliable foundation or concrete leveling services!

This 5-star review is only a reflection of Jacob and his crew, including Cameron, and the job they did. We had our basement waterproofed and a sump pump installed. The crew did an awesome job and it was great working with Jacob on this. They were very professional and did the best they could on the days of a skeleton crew. If working with FSM, I would highly suggest requesting Jacob for your job. However, the scheduling and prioritization of jobs is something that needs significant improvement. Our project was supposed to be done within 4 days and it lasted 6 because 2 days were skeleton crews and 1 day was a no show due to another project. It felt like other projects or service related visits were prioritized over our project. Wish they could have been honest with us or pushed our project to a different week so it could have been prioritized.

FSM of Traverse City and Josh G are awesome! I bought my house last June knowing the basement got wet and kind of flooded every spring. Last Summer when, (I can’t remember his name) came to do an inspection of the support poles they had installed a year or two before I bought the house he sold me on getting the whole basement water proofed. I’ll tell you one thing. If you think you need it done, but can’t afford it, you need to find a way to afford it. I didn’t realize how musty and stinky my house was before I had FSM do the work plus getting the awesome dehumidifier. They just came to do their annual inspection of everything and I only had one problem or rather question. I went up stairs to use the bathroom and when I came back downstairs Josh already had gotten me some dates for warranty work. I feel like I just doubled the value of my home by having them come in. Thank you FSM!

FSM came out today. They sent Taj, a service tech from the Traverse City office. Taj did a thorough review of the crawlspace at my cottage and found several structural issues that I needed to address. He showed me pictures of the areas of concern and explained the necessary solutions. Taj was GREAT and explained what needed to be done to correct these concerns. What a breath of fresh air, Taj was and an asset to FSM. I feel confident with the work that needs to be done after being explained & would recommend FSM.
