Tim was prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve had no problems with the work Groundwork’s did in waterproofing my basement since it was done 2 years ago. Was used to getting water coming through the walls every spring but no more. Tim checked thing over and made several recommendations!

From beginning to end, Foundation Systems of Michigan was amazing. The salesman was honest, informative, personable, and truly a joy to work with. Communication prior to the insulation process was timely and clear, with updates provided whenever needed. The installers were professional, respectful of our home, and did superb work. We cannot say enough positive things about this experience. They handled everything from obtaining permits to thoroughly cleaning up afterward making the entire process smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Foundation Systems of Michigan.

Joe came out was very informative about everything that we need to get done, i bought a lot of things for my house for it to be improved, but I've never met a salesman that was so informative. We didn't want him to go period but he had to go cook for his 9 children period Also during the process and he didn't have to say it. Ever dry company. Definitely. Lee gave us a false expectation. I will make sure that foundation systems of Michigan gets spread out. To every. Friend and family that.I know for the rest of my life

By far the best and hardest working crew that I have seen. Luis , Gustavo, and Gerson did an amazing job on repairing my basement wall that was leaking . I could not have ask for a better crew working on my project. John was my sales manager and he also went above and beyond anytime, I had questions he would answer right away. Phil P. and Jason R. came out to our house and did an excellent job. We purchased our house after the previous owner originally used this company to adjust the flooring and thank goodness they had a transfer of ownership warranty. They adjusted the flooring and completed a thorough inspection. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. Due to negligence of the previous owner, we are having them come out to add a drainage system and sump pump. This was recommended by the company previously and the previous owners ignored the issue. I am looking forward to having this issue resolved and would recommend this company for future endeavors.

They had a great rapport among themselves and me as the customer. They went above their duties. Would recommend FSM professionals. Recommendation to the work crew that did the installation. Thank you all so very much!ADDING TO THIS REVIEW.As time has gone by have had 2 issues so far with the work that has been done.1. NEEDED A SUMP PUMP WAS TOLD BY THE SALES REP not necessary (WRONG) 2.Dehumidifier has moisture and is dripping or draining the water out onto the encapsulation. Now my dehumidifier is corroded and looks awful. Is the dehumidifier to have been connected to the sump pump???????No answer for that question at this time.Another issue the encapsulation on the walls of crawl space has come down for a SECOND time.The repair crew COULD NOT BE HERE FOR 3 WEEKS AFTER THE INIITIAL CALL. SO………NOW THERE IS EVEN MORE WATER IN THE CRAWL SPACE.No recommendation at this time. It takes away from my time when I have to schedule a repair that should not have even happened.

I highly recommend this company. The contractors did a beyond excellent job at explaining the problems with my basement and throughly explained how they planned to fix it. The whole process went smoothly and every employee I talked to was kind, professional, and showed a willingness to help. They also offer financing options which were a huge help.
