This was my second experience with them. The first waterproofing of an industrial building works perfectly for years now. We used to have massive floods after heavy summer rains. No more flooding! This time they did structural work to my home. They installed helical piers under a section that had no foundation. They added a beam across to support the piers and replaced rotted wood that they came across, as well. In the basement they installed waterproofing membrane and vertical steel beams along the wall. Looks good, we shall see if it stands the test of time.

I would highly recommend this company! They are informative and honest. I recently moved into my home that has multiple crawl spaces. I had questions about the integrity and venting. Don, one of the managers, came out and thoroughly inspected the crawl spaces. He gave us great information and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. I would definitely call them back for future help! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars for sure👍

After the job was completed I scheduled another company to clean my furnace ducks and they were impressed with the job that FSM did. That says a lot that another company approves and made me happy to have chosen FSM to do the work

We had FSM treat our house a few years ago. Have noticed moisture on basement wall. I called & within 2 days they sent Greg Bieniasz out. He was friendly & professional. Went over issue, checked pumps & humidity levels. Checked all around outside of house. Things are ok. Thank You for Piece of Mind. I would highly recommend FSM to protect your Home. Thank You.

He connected, joked, and helped lessen our concerns. Understanding our money concerns with big repairs, He offers many options and worked out the numbers right infront of us with no hidden fees. FSM was outstanding to work with! Ben was super informative, honest with us and we felt confident we made the right decision to schedule with FSM to have our Crawl Space encapsulated. The crew showed up to do the dirty work with so much enthusiasm! A great bunch and they did a fantastic job. You would not even have known they were here aside from the major transformation of the Crawl Space. Not a stitch of mess left behind. We had tons of questions during the estimate with Ben and during the installation and they all were very knowledgeable and happy to help. The change through out our home AMAZING! I wished we would have done it sooner!! THANK YOU FSM!
