I had a drain, sump pump, and vapor barrier installed in my basement, and I couldn’t be happier with the crew. Justin, Joshua, and Darryl were fantastic—professional, courteous, and respectful of my space. They made sure not to disturb me while I worked from home and left everything clean and tidy when they were done. And a big shoutout to my salesman, John—he was the best! Super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend this team!

I had an excellent experience with the Groundworks team. The technician (Mike), went above and beyond my expectations from start to finish. He was professional and took the time to explain everything clearly, making sure I understood the work being done and the future work I was signing up for to address the issues found in my basement. What impressed me most was his attention to detail and genuine commitment to doing the job right rather than rushing through it. Mike has vast work knowledge and truly cares about his customers. FSM came out today. They sent Taj, a service tech from the Traverse City office. Taj did a thorough review of the crawlspace at my cottage and found several structural issues that I needed to address. He showed me pictures of the areas of concern and explained the necessary solutions. Taj was GREAT and explained what needed to be done to correct these concerns. What a breath of fresh air, Taj was and an asset to FSM. I feel confident with the work that needs to be done after being explained & would recommend FSM.

Tim Hooper, FSM Service Technician assisted with an assessment of the water system and dehumidifier that FSM installed in our home to that the humidifier is in the correct place and will have efficient ventilation before finishing our basement. Time was very informative, professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in clear and concise manner. While he was at my home for this task, he noticed the cracks on my driveway and offered several options to save the driveway and options to fix the large cracks. We hope that we can do this task in the spring. I give Time a 5 stars for his efficiency and excellent customer service. Thank you Tim!

Delivered exactly as promised. I ended up not having to use their services but, our service representative really delivered. Jake McCurdy was prompt and provided the most thorough “free” inspection service I have ever received. He did not try to sale me things unnecessarily. He presented his findings, educated me on the options and risks if I did not go with the repairs. It was a memorable experience-wish I had called them before I finished my basement. I am currently going to try to eliminate the problem at the source. If that doesn’t work- I will be calling FSM back.

We have had their system for 5 years now and they do a great job of following up with us to make sure that everything is working properly. The service team has always been respectful and helpful. Michael was outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly thorough, patient, and took the time to educate me throughout the inspection instead of just handing me a report. As a first-time real estate investor, I really appreciated his honesty and attention to detail. He identified issues that could have had a significant impact on my investment decision, and I left feeling informed instead of overwhelmed. They completed the job efficiently and turned out better than anticipated. Would definitely recommend their service. Before and after pictures.
