The FSM team did a great job of installing AquaStop WallSeal in our basement and attaching it to our sump pump system. Jacob Se, Martin H, Decovon S, Alex K and DeWayne L were competent and friendly. They walked us through what they were going to do and even put back our dryer without us asking.

I had a drain, sump pump, and vapor barrier installed in my basement, and I couldn’t be happier with the crew. Justin, Joshua, and Darryl were fantastic—professional, courteous, and respectful of my space. They made sure not to disturb me while I worked from home and left everything clean and tidy when they were done. And a big shoutout to my salesman, John—he was the best! Super knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the whole process stress-free. Highly recommend this team!

Richard Z, Shawn E, and Sebastian M were fantastic! They were very polite, professional and efficient. They showed up on time, completed the job over the course of 2 visits, and left the place looking like it was always there. I had a sump pump installation. When the job was completed, Richard Z went over all the specifications with the pump and addressed all of our questions and concerns. Give these employees a raise!!! They were top notch! I highly recommend FSM of Livonia for your waterproofing concerns.

Jacob, Steven and Issac were absolutely fabulous 👌. They communicated well for arrivals, time of the work, and progress along the way. They kept us updated throughout the process checking every time a jack was adjusted that there wasn't damage. They cleaned up and kept mess to a minimum in a very dirty and extremely small space. Nate Pierce & Noah W were both very kind. They cleaned up after themselves. Explained the process. Took their time doing the job. We're very friendly and added to the job. There were a few things that needed to be moved due to the extra job, and they helped me move the items! I would highly recommend them to my friends. I felt guilty because they anticipated the job to take 1.5 hrs and due to our extreme level of problems and added work, it ended up taking them 5 hours! Top notch gentlemen to work with and represent a company! Round of applause to you both!

Today was the 2nd year inspection of the basement (water) repair work by FSM. I was pleased with their representative Joshua Gaddy and found him to be amiable and very knowledgeable. After the usual inspection he was kind enough to check my homes foundation and reported "found no problems".

We own a small vacation home on the Au Sable. The home was built on a dirt crawl space. We always had water, mold and odor issues from the crawl space. FSM of Michigan came in this week and completely encapsulated the space and added a new sump pump. The job wasn't cheap but the result is well worth the cost. Stephen, Matt, Isaiah and Justin worked very hard for two and a half days to get the job done. Great crew who worked hard and answered all my questions. Everything was left spotless. We highly recommend FSM of Michigan TC if you have water/foundation issues!
