Would recommend- Worked out options to fit our needs and budget and we appreciated the patience with all our questions. The install was relatively painless (we opted to do the prep work to remove stud walls) and the workers were thoughtful and respectful. They were efficient, quick, and the project looks fantastic. We really appreciated their positive attitudes and thorough clean up.

I called FSM to repair a driveway and porch that were unlevel. Jeff Holbrook, the salesman came out and was great to work with. To sum it up, Jeff was honest, did not over sell and explained to me what I needed to do to reach a withstanding repair and cost.Nate Pierce and Noah Wick came out to do the repair work.I have to say I do not write reviews too often, but I felt I needed to this time. Nate and Noah were great guys. Called before showing up on time and explained everything about how and what they were going to do and did it. After they left my driveway was level and sealed which just looks great. I wish all repairs were done this professionally. If you've had anybody come to your house to fix something, you know what I'm talking about.Thank you, Nate, Noah and Jeff.

Our consultant, Adam was knowledgeable, courteous and understanding. He was on time and explained everything in detail and with drawings. We booked our service and he as well as the team were able to get us scheduled in a timely and efficient manner. FSM can’t be beat!! Had them do some basement wall work and concrete leveling for me. From start to finish no complaints whatsoever. Our salesmen Charles explained everything in detail and what we could expect. Our basement guys Marco and his crew did a great job. In and out like they weren’t even there. Last but not least our concrete levelers Rana and David showed up on time explained the process and addressed all concerns we had. Same deal in and out like they weren’t even there. Would not hesitate to recommend this company or rehire them for future work. The people make the company!! Nice job FSM!!

Delivered exactly as promised. I ended up not having to use their services but, our service representative really delivered. Jake McCurdy was prompt and provided the most thorough “free” inspection service I have ever received. He did not try to sale me things unnecessarily. He presented his findings, educated me on the options and risks if I did not go with the repairs. It was a memorable experience-wish I had called them before I finished my basement. I am currently going to try to eliminate the problem at the source. If that doesn’t work- I will be calling FSM back.

I highly recommend this company. The contractors did a beyond excellent job at explaining the problems with my basement and throughly explained how they planned to fix it. The whole process went smoothly and every employee I talked to was kind, professional, and showed a willingness to help. They also offer financing options which were a huge help.
